Awful!
Vinted parcels being sent using this terrible service…. Parcels taking up to a month to deliver, poor lady in post office having to deal with the machines not working and not scanning. Utter chaos. They might have invested £28 million but I’m not sure what on. I’m still waiting for a delivery sent a month ago that says waiting for courier collection.

Awful experience vinted parcel not recieved couple of updates courier collected then nothing never heard of them nor used them no idea how I ended up with them delivering this but never again! Awful company

For the second time they are delivering to the wrong address. I'm severely disabled and can't collect from the post office. They refuse to change the address even though it's their fault, as I've had another order delivered to my address. I am sick of them doing as they choose instead of what the customer wants. Now, before placing an order, I shall ask which delivery service they use and if it's Relay I'll cancel the order and tell the supplier why. They are a disgrace.

WOW. relay parcel deliveries are shocking. If I was able to do zero star I would of. Sold some things on vinted that I've only just joined. 3 items went by in-post 10/10 for them. But 3 went by relay none of the relay got delivered 2 of them have been lost ??? And the other got dropped off to a shop 2 hrs drive from the customer and taken 15 days to get bk to me ? I have now realised I can UN-TICK Relay from the vinted deliveries so I'll NEVER send anything by these idiots again. Absolutely shocking service how the hell are they still going ? If you send any parcels before Xmas to anyone your not going to see at xmas DO NOT USE RELAY because they wont get there. You've got more chance of using a carrier pigeon to get a parcel somewhere than relay.

This company is a disgrace I ordered a few items from ASOS
to be delivered to my local post office as I work long hours

Would you believe I received a message from Relay stating unable to deliver my items due to no one at home will
Attempt again now they are telling me due to the item being unable for delivery will
Be returned to ASOS I’m so upset as I mentioned the delivery address was the post office so they had no intention of delivering my items. If anyone can find a contact number as I would really like to give them a piece of my mind I would appreciate it

This is an update from my previous review. There has to be accountability for Relay as the many negative reviews are proof the company is not fit for purpose and the founders need to be held accountable. Anyone reading this if you’re in the UK please take the time to contact the citizens advice bureau to make a formal complaint to trading standards. I have made a formal complaint to trading standards and the more complaints Relay receives then trading standards will investigate

Sent a parcel, information received to say its been delayed but no information to what happens next. I contacted tgem online by completing an online form but still waiting a response 4 days later. NOT THE BEST

Yet again Relay are letting me down An order from Shein was delayed and they changed to a different day stating delivery by 13:50. At that time (precisley) I got another message saying it has changed to from "15:10 and 19:10" meaning, stay in all day and evening "just in case we manage it". Worst ever delivery company and so long as Shein use them I will have to stop using Shein!

Terrible service. I ordered next day on asos. Received an email from relay saying my order was out for delivery between 11:15 and 15:15pm it got to 13:20 and I got a notification to say my parcel had been delayed and they would try to deliver another day. No explanation and 10 days later my parcel still says delayed. I filled out the form to find out what happened and haven’t had a single response. I’ve sent 2 emails and been completely ignored. Shocking service luckily asos refunded my order.

I’ve have been receiving most my parcels from Relay for the last year. I have never had a problem with them, always delivered on the day and on time.Its definitely 5 stars from me.

I am in the UK, bought an item from Vinted, it tracked that the seller had dropped it off and relay had received it, then no further tracking. It’s been 14 days now since the last tracking update, sent a support message 7 days ago and had no response at all. Absolutely terrible company and judging by all the bad reviews needs to be investigated urgently.

I have ordered two items from Vinted via relay and both have been significantly delayed and then lost. Do not use this delivery service

Item was “Out for delivery” and then “Delayed”. A promise of being contacted within 48 hours has gone broken, and complete radio silence from their presumably unmonitored email box.

At time of writing, they still have my item a week after it was almost at my doorstep.

Don’t touch these with a barge pole.

Absolute garbage .
Unfortunately I used Relay to send 2 vinted parcels.
Posted on 26 September. Still no delivery and tracking info is not fit for purpose.
If ypu want your parcels not yo be delivered on time then choose Relay.

I will be removing them from my delivery choices.
Good riddance to a bad service.

I have been waiting for 2 deliveries on orders the goods were despatched 2 weeks ago and still haven't been delivered this has got to be the worst delivery company ever, the goods have been despatched from UK addresses to delivery in another UK address and where needed for a function DO NOT USE

I paid for home delivery and had both an email and whatsapp message pressuring me to collect! WTF. Absolute joke.

Dear Relay,

I wanted to take this opportunity to mention to yourself that can you please ensure your driver does not leave parcels outside the front door and rush off. As far as I'm aware with all the parcel companies that I have had to deal with relay is one of the worst. There has been a number of time where parcels have been left in front of my front door with me not in my home - today it happened to my neighbour also who had her parcel left at her front door of her house.

You need to ensure that the drivers do not rush off until someone has actually opened the door. Or please change your rules and regulations where it tells the customer that whether we are home or not it will be left lying anywhere!

Also when it shows drivers 7mins away they dont turn up for another hour or 2 later !

an absolute rubbish company lost my vinted parcel that I was relying on for an important occasion . I’ve heard so many negative reviews . Such incompetence I’m surprised they can still operate
Nowhere that you can directly get in touch very frustrating and infuriating

I received an order today by a gentleman with an African accent, he was talking on the phone to a female about some woman he was interested in and just pushed the parcel towards me, no communication. The parcel had been opened partly from the top. When I started to inspect the parcel and looked at where obviously he had tried to open it and slide his hand in. He was half way down the driveway. He stopped and started to stare at me so I started staring at him at which point he walked off towards his car. Disgusting service I don’t know why retailers use this absolutely ridiculous joke of a company.
