Nike product so the folks at A&H aren’t…
Nike product so the folks at A&H aren’t responsible for the quality of the shirts, however the badges were printed correctly and look durable, the order process was smooth, communication on delivery was very good and the kit arrived within 48 hours which was quicker than expected.
Very happy with the whole experience.

Extremely happy with purchase
Very happy with purchase and product, also extremely pleased with customer support (i am in Canada, had a little trouble with delivery but that was due to delivery service, regardless they were still available right away to help) Mystery box was great , only thing was they did include something in the box that I had also ordered in the same order (didn’t really need two but not a big deal). Will definitely order again.

Absolutely superb service start to finish. Threw in a quick question on the off chance, got a reply immediately and managed to get something personalised on a quick turnaround to make sure my two assistants got a personalised flag each for them to commemorate getting a cup final. Reliable, friendly, innovative supplier of all referee equipment whether clothing or accessories. Covers all known manufacturers. Not only a prompt service, but usually a good cheaper price comparison to other similar suppliers. Ordered the assistant referee write on cards and pen. I had to contact A&H as they hadn’t arrived. I believe the issue was with Royal Mail. A&H re-sent the upgraded the delivery. Thank you.

Super helpful team.
Second time ordering with A&H. The team were super helpful after I enquired about an estimated delivery date (I was waiting for some bits to come into stock and didn’t realise so a bit cheeky from me!).
Once everything was available they dispatched it straight away and even upgraded my postage to get it to me quicker. Very generous of them.

You first contacted us on Thursday 20th March regarding the orders you had placed this month, and we responded on Sunday 22nd March.
On 26th March, you replied to our email to let us know that two items were missing from the package you had received the week before. We replied within 30 minutes to confirm that we would resend the missing items.
The two items were re-dispatched on 27th March and delivered to you on 28th March.
Having reviewed the email correspondence, I cannot see that any blame was placed on you at any stage. I have, however, sent a follow-up email to better understand what more we could have done to improve your experience.
We do not currently have a mobile number for you, so email has been our only way of contacting you.
