The Ref Stop pulled out all the stops to get my new Nike kit out in 24hrs which I needed for a tournament in Seville.

Horrific waiting time
Absolutely horrific my issue has not been resolved and im losing a lot of money cause of it. You guys havent even answered my email exept for 1.

We can confirm that your order was placed at 4pm and dispatched from us at 6am the following morning, well within a 24-hour period.
Once the parcel leaves us, it is in Royal Mail’s hands and the delivery timeframe is unfortunately out of our control.
