Great,efficient and timely customer service
I had a problem with a county badge. Initial contact made via the chat facility. This was quickly backed up with e mail(all the same day) by A&H.Once I had explained the problem a no quibble replacement was agreed as a solution.
The issue was dealt with in an efficient and timely way.

Excellent Products and Excellent Customer Service
I ordered a pair of Touchline Flags, where I inputted and Invalid and Totally Stupid Address by mistake. The team at A&H got in contact with me straight away and resolved the issue. The flags arrived, within 3 days of ordering them which is great. However, the stitching on the chequered (Senior) Flag was loose and messy. But after 1 very quick email and a few photos, within the same hour I had a reply from their great, friendly customer service staff who sorted the issue out straight away. They sent me a new Chequered Cloth, which arrived in 2 days in excellent condition.
Cannot fault their service at all, the staff are excellent, the customer service is friendly, fast and so helpful. The quality of products is also extremely high too. Will definitely be using A&H again. 100% the best referee store out there.

Fantastic customer service. My buzzer flags broke (which I brought 5 years ago so good going) so I sent them back to repair. At a good price and fast service I have received them back in good time.

I placed an order and Royal Mail messed up with the delivery and delivered to the wrong address. After contacting A&H with evidence this was immediately resolved and the parcel was resent out 1st class and arrived the next day.
I appreciate the quick response and turn around on re sending the parcel.
