Great service
I recently tried a European pack from redteago for my honeymoon trip across Europe. The setup process for the eSIM was incredibly smooth, and we experienced stable network connectivity at all times. I'll definitely use redteago again.

Horrible experience / Bad Service
Horrible experience. I bought a Globall 100 minutes calls plan and 5GB, 50euros.
The data got over and now they say I canât make the calls.
Paying 50⏠just 5GB that can be expended in less than a day, was a theft.

I download their app in the AppStore and purchased a Hong Kong eSIM plan when I travel to HK. The speed is fast, even 5G network in some area. But when I want to buy another package for my friend, I can't find the QR-code in the app. I have to ask for customer service, and they help to solve in about 1 hour.

Misleading marketing, zero data
I bought an eSIM data-package for Europe, including Montenegro, which was listed as part of the package on their website. I got no Montenegro, and the data hasn't worked one single second. Not at the capitals airport. Not in the country's sixth largest city. I've been here for a week now.
Very misleading marketing. It could be that their eSim works somewhere in the country, but if the coverage is that bad, BE OPEN ABOUT IT, if you aim for more than 1 star...
The data worked in Poland.
Update after response: I did all they suggested. No data

Have used redtea go before in Turkey and it worked ok . Purchased a package for Jakarta but could not get any service whatsoever . My girlfriend also had the same experience in Jakarta with her Redteago . Please refund

Works well with cheap price and high speed. I used their eSIM in three countries, and the network seems stable. Maybe redtea need improve their band in future to get more users.

Awful! Worked one day and quit. Tried to renew in case I had used all my data but no luck. Perhaps the worst part is that customer service doesnât even get back to me. What a joke! Do not waste your money!!!

Useless, no connection only frustrations
I used the ORoaming app which is serviced by Redtea Mobile. I bought a 15days package for the USA. The good is that the plan got activated automatically about 10 minutes after landing. The bad is the connection has been nil or close to nil so far 6 days into the plan. Most of the time no internet connection or only E+. I would not recommend.

Don't waste your money
Rating is 0/5 as I did not get any service (internet or from the service team) from RedteaGO. I bought a data package prior to departure from Canada, going to Serbia and Romania. RedteaGO's website indicates that their data package time period starts when one connects to the local network for the first time / activates the esim for the first time. When I connected to the local network in Serbia (6 days after buying the data package), I was unable to connect to the internet, despite following all the instructions from redteaGO. I emailed the redteaGO service team that, following a couple of emails, concluded that my data package had already expired (despite still being within the data package period). The service team suggested I buy another data package and then they would be able to assist me to get internet access. When I informed the service team that my current data package is still active (day 6 post buying the package) and hence there was no need need to buy another data package, there was no reply to this. They also had no real reply to why redteaGO does not indicate on their website (or when you buy the data package) that the actual activation of your data package starts when you buy the data package and not when you first connect to the local network / activate it. The reviews of redteaGO suggest that they provide some customers with superb service. I was not not one of those customers. I would not waste my money on redteaGO again. May 2023.
