Bought a sim for turkey with my friend and used a referral code we both got money off it was the cheapest esim available and it worked absolutely amazing no buffers or lags and very fast speeds. Will definitely be using RedteaGO again and recommend others give it a go too.

I used it in Tokyo. The speed wasn't super-fast, and some of the plans are just LTE, not 5G.
For daily stuff, it was fine, but it got a bit slow on the subway.
If speed is a big deal for you, just contact their support to Change to a Other plan (I heard they've updated everything to 5G Plan for Japan now, anyway).

The main reason I rate it so high is the price. RedteaGo is the cheapest eSIM I've ever used!
Honestly, the low price completely makes up for any small issues, so I still give it a great rating.

Great price for the amount of data. Really convenient for travelers especially multiple roaming options for target carriers is really helpful, especially in places like Japan where a single carrier might not have complete coverage.

Appeared to be a good price for US data and US phone number eSIM. The data side was fine, the US phone number never really worked. I managed one call to another RedTeaGo number but after that no luck at all on any number. My wife also picked the same provider and had the same experience with a different model of phone.

Purchased Esim and activated before leaving UK. Did not work despite trying everything.

Need a refund. Would not recommend

Meine Freundin und ich haben für Kanada Mobilfunk gebraucht und sind auf RedteaGo gekommen. Der Preis von ca 15€ für 10GB war super.
Die Installation der eSIM auf dem iPhone ist allerdings mühsam, die App kann die eSIM nicht installieren sondern generiert nur einen QR-Code, den man (über ein weiteres Handy) einscannen muss.
Nach der Installation war die eSIM aktiviert, die Verbindung ließ sich aber leider nicht herstellen. Der Support war schnell erreichbar und eifrig, löste mein Problem allerdings nicht - schließlich wurde der Betrag nach über einer Stunde auf mein Bitten rückerstattet.
Bei meiner Freundin hat die Aktivierung ihrer eSIM mehrere Stunden gebraucht, das klappt mit Airalo oder Redbull Mobile deutlich schneller! Die Abdeckung war ok.

My phone recently shut off, and I got sick of downloading different “free texting apps” that all had ads and were a pain in the butt, and I still would need Wi-Fi to use my phone! But not since I downloaded RedTeaGo! I’ve been able to use my phone anywhere I go now, without Wi-Fi, because it provides data services for SUPER CHEAT PRICES! Went from paying $75 a month phone bill to maybe $6 a month, all thanks to RedTeaGo! Life saver!!

Schlechtester Anbieter den ich jemals in Ägypten hatte. Internet ist sooo langsam da ist jeder Brieftaube schneller um Daten zu übermitteln. Geht lieber zu einem anständigen Anbieter und zahlt etwas mehr und ihr habt eure Ruhe. Nie wieder Redteago

Warning to potential users - once the RedteaGo eSIM is activated on a device it cannot be transferred. If the device used upon activation is not available the eSIM cannot be transferred and any remaining credit and data will be lost. ReedteaGo made no attempt to provide a refund or additional eSIM, pathetic service.

Update - after elevating my issue and numerous emails without any resolution or offer of any assistance, the Service team have agreed to reimburse the outstanding balance of my account. A great outcome achieved, however doesn’t address the issue of being unable to transfer eSIM to another device and this limitation should be considered when purchasing an eSIM through RedteaGO.
