I was looking for a good data only solution for more then 30 days for the USA.
Finally I found readtea and ordered the 90 days 20Gb e-sim package.
Installation was a piece of cake and once I got to the USA activating the e-sim and it worked immediately and very good. I used it for email - facebook, banking and Google maps navigation.
A 5 star rating very well deserved at a very good price.

After a bad experience with BNESIM I switched to RedteaGO. Perfect price (100GB in 180days) no web-site blocking, I experience no throttling, VPN tunnels work, just a happy customer here. I combined it with an EIOTCLUB Physical eSIM, to make my 4G LTE (SIM) WiFi Router (GL.iNet GL-X2000) an eSIM Router. Works like a charm for 5 weeks now.

Ok so i had issues with my sim i sent 2 emails to the customer service address and got no response. Trick is to send your email to where it says feedback in the app they were super quick at responding. Not much use to me as I'd bought another esim and have been in Turkey for 4 days and only afew days left.

Had a problem with their South America eSIM, and their support was useless. Each time they replied it would be like starting over again. They even accused us in being in the US (San Antonio) not Chile, San Antonio as for the reason. Obviously they don’t know how to Google or provide higher level of support.
I have found the solution which I will not share. Airalo had the same issue but they figured it out. It wasn’t my phone or settings. Better to support a company that provides proper service support.

I ran into a couple of small issues when activating the service, and I think the instructions could be a bit clearer, especially for first-time users. But once everything was set up, I had no problems at all. The eSIM worked great during my trip to Thailand and Vietnam.

The e-SIM card did not work in the country as specified. I was therefore forced to buy another one and then had to find a provider. Despite submitting proof, customer service wrongly refused to refund me. Definitely not recommended!

Bought a esim for Mainland China before arriving, I am coming from Mexico. The buying process is smooth and simple, I did it one day before coming. As soon I landed in Beijing Capital airport the activation took seconds and could inmediatelly enjoy 4G service, all services and western apps (WhatsApp, X, Instragram, etc) operates perfectly as in my home country, I got a notifications storm after spent so many hour in the air haha. The connection has very good stability and quality, as there is no lag or sudden loss of coverage.

You can enjoy normal signal coverage indoor and outdoor, and even connects to 5G like a local sim. 4G is pretty good enough.

I suggest you configure in your phone the low data mode over cellular and configure your apps to save data usage by reducing video auto-play or high quality photos, it will help you take more advantage of your esim data package, the data plan will be consumed as much as you use it, but these tips can help to have the plan for longer time

Make sure your phone supports esim and is operator unlocked. After arrive here, I tried to configure an esim for a relative on an iPhone bought in China and is was not possible, as China iPhone version does not support it. and those situations are out of the control of the esim provider.

In conclusion, Before coming I decided for a small data plan (10GB) thinking maybe the service experience wont be good and I will loss the money, but I am really surprised about the RedteaGO esim data service quality, in past trips to China I used to have a VPN but with this esim data service is not needed anymore and can have data all the time, without need to ask for WiFi (VPN needed again !!). While I am sharing my personal experience in China, I think for other countries service experience will be the same good !

Stole my money and gave me the wrong country's SIM card. Refuse to refund, leaving me out $80

If you want to spend most of your time using the Chat function with someone who is not well versed in English , this is the company for you. My first time using an eSIM. Never again. I was without internet a lot of the time. Their App took over the Mobile Data feature and it was a nightmare. I was reticent to change providers as I had invested so much time getting this one to work. I purchased European (37 countries) only to find out that Switzerland wasn't one of the 37. My mistake for presuming Switzerland should be one of the 37. After I left Switzerland I could not get a new European package to work. I have aniPhone. I told them I had an iPhone. They pending me instruction for an Android. The most frustrating instruction was to rename the new eSIM. There is no option to do that. Deciding whether you are primary secondary business or travel in you mobile settings is too complicated as they change with each new eSIM. Could not get the last eSIM to work. I got home last night and thought everything would be fine after Zi deleted the App. NO. It has infected my entire contacts' list. Several normal phone call features such as Call number from a website link do not work. Had to use Skype to call a hotel.FFS ...do yourself a favour and be careful with this company.

Bought the first plan which worked at first. After a week (with data switched off) the iPad could not get service. I paid for a new plan and still not service. I could have contacted Helpdesk but my life is too short for all the messing around. I just want things to work…. If it was a regular telco data plan provider like Vodaphone I am confident it would have worked.
