Redeem is easy to use and work with. They provide several options of places to stay. We enjoyed our time away and Redeem made it easy for us to take a short vacation.

Customer service was a great help. Erica helped me with my questions and helped out with extending my booking time.

At 1st I got and AI response which wasn't very detailed and without prompting an actual person took over and answered my question in detail.

L'accueil a été exceptionnel, le personnel très gentil et très à l'écoute. Hôtel très propre , petit déjeuner extraordinaire. Le seul bémol c'est d'avoir été logé dans une des chambres du rez-de-chaussée avec des fenêtres en hauteur qui donnaient dans la rue, sur le trottoir directement, pour schématiser nous étions en dessous du niveau de la rue, j'ai trouvé ça dommage. Je bosse pour une plateforme de voyage, donc j'avoue j'ai eu un regard peut-être différent.
Sinon tout était parfait.

We had a very clean room that was in a great location. The City Market was right across the road & the waterfront restaurants & shops were only a 3-4 minute walk. We would definitely go back again.

Hotel restaurant was closed with bad smell but remodeled. Elevator closed back and forth needing fixing. Said I broke bottle opener but was already broke. Cold water and no ice!

The experience with Redeem Vacations was GREAT! However the hotel we chose was not great.

I originally purchased this for my sister as a birthday gift. Unfortunately she was unable to go so I went instead and had a great time once o paid the discount fee pick my hotel it was smooth sailing. I did have to put a $150 damage deposit but overall I like the experience.

Mio figlio ha acquistato un voucher Redeem Vacations intestato a lui per fare un regalo di compleanno a sua madre per 2 adulti. Io sono il padre ho tentato di programmare la data per utilizzare il voucher, io sono il padre e la madre di mio figlio avremmo selezionato dove andare, ma non accettano che altre persone utilizzino il voucher che è intestato a mio figlio.
Questa regoga è assurda!
Primo perché presentarsi all'hotel selezionato con i cartacei che evidenziano l'acquisto del voucher l'hotel non ha nessun problema perché il voucher è stato pagato.
Altre strutture con acquisti di voucher non applicano questa regola assurda che deve presentarsi chi l'acquista.
E' già successo che con altri voucher di altre strutture accettano altre persone.
NON ACQUISTATE MAI QUESTI VOUCHER REDEEM VACATIONS se non sarete voi ad andare negli hotel presenti nel voucher, anche perché questa notizia dovrebbe essere descritta prima dell'acquisto, cosa che non è scritta !
