La chambre était confortable et parfaitement entretenue — propreté irréprochable du sol au plafond. Le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment au rendez-vous pour ce niveau de prestations.

Nous avons eu un léger souci avec la climatisation, mais ce qui nous a particulièrement impressionnés, c'est la réactivité de la direction : le problème a été pris en charge rapidement et avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. C'est ce genre d'attention qui fait toute la différence et qui fidélise les clients.

L'accueil et le service ont été chaleureux tout au long du séjour. On recommande sans hésitation et on espère revenir !

Every time I reach out to support they are very responsive, eager to help and give the best customer service.

I had a confirmed booking with Redeem Vacations (Ref: 28265752) and requested a simple and reasonable change of destination due to safety concerns.

I did NOT request cancellation and clearly stated that I do not agree to any solution that puts my booking at risk or involves penalties.

However, the company refused to offer any safe alternative and insisted on a process that would require cancellation and expose me to financial loss.

What is even more concerning is that I am aware of another customer with an identical situation, where Redeem Vacations provided an alternative destination without cancellation or penalties.

This clearly shows inconsistent handling of similar cases.

Instead of resolving the issue fairly, the company keeps changing explanations and introducing irrelevant conditions.

Very disappointing experience. Be careful when booking through this platform.

The accommodation was fine. Our Qantas flight QF3 from Auckland to JFK, which was scheduled to arrive on 16 March at 3:25 PM, was delayed by 24 hours due to weather conditions. I advised the hotel right away, and they responded saying it was noted, but there was no credit given for the night we didn't stay, and they charged us an additional USD$73.44, so in all honesty, I would not choose them again. They shoul'd have given us a credit and not charged an additional charge that we still don't know why they charged us the room was left in good condition.

I needed to make some last minute changes to my account. Cherrie was able to help me in a timely manner.

I booked my vacation with Redeem Vacations. They were great. I always had someone available to answer my questions. There were resort fees that had to be paid but I got the answer about that before I left home. I was able to be prepared. When we arrived, we ended up upgrading our room to Sphere view for only $16 extra a night. It was totally worth it! The room was nice and clean. We could choose the frequency of housekeeping. Our belongings were safe. There was also a safe in the closet for our expensive items. I could fit my 15.6 inch laptop in there. Our beds are comfortable and there were containers of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower. Downstairs there were gift shops, bars, plenty of restaurants, and the casino. There is even a baggage check that can hold your bags up to 24 hours if you get there before your room is ready or if you are checking out but your flight doesn't leave until later.

I had a great experience with Redeem Vacations. I will be the first to admit that I was skeptical, but they were great and exceeded my expectation.

I had an amazing experience with Marc, my online support. Mark was able to answer all of my questions with clarity. After our interaction, I left feeling more confident about booking my vacation.

I could have paid less by just booking through the hotel.
