Very convenient and easy to use, I would definitely use again when traveling

This was easy to use and felt no pressure to purchase. Friendly and outgoing staff always happy to help when I had questions.

Just frustrated with the chat of them not understanding me and taking too long other then that fine.

We booked our Waikiki stay through Redeem Vacations and had a great experience from start to finish. The process was easy, the communication was clear, and everything went smoothly with our reservation.

We stayed at Waikiki Malia, which was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It was within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, shopping, and pretty much everything we wanted to do in Waikiki. It made getting around incredibly convenient without needing a car.

Overall, we were really happy with both Redeem Vacations and our hotel stay. It was a great way to book our Waikiki honeymoon and we would definitely use Redeem Vacations again.

It was easy to use and got a great room for next to nothing!

They were amazing to work with even when i needed adjustments. Would recommend to anyone! We had a blast, btw!

The view was very beautiful even though it was hot you didn't have to leave the hotel all the restaurants and shopping stores was right there

mon problème a été résolu, après un échange par mail avec une équipe à l'écoute. J'ai pu réserver le séjour que je voulais. Ensuite notre séjour à Rome fut agréable, malgré un hôtel vieillissant dans lequel les rénovations sont en cours. Hôtel excentré du centre ville mais bien desservi par les transports.

I couldn’t access the website after I paid, because I misplaced my code. I contacted the by chat and Rennart, was responsive and quickly rectified the situation. A real person is hard to get online and get help quickly. Here it was easy.

It’s definitely a three star experience for a three star hotel. It’s what you’d expect, and if it was based on the services alone I’d give it a four star.

I had a great time at the Bright Angel lodge in the Grand Canyon national Park, The cabin was clean and comfy, The Staff was very helpful and polite.
The only thing id say was that i would have like to know before the trip that i had to pay an extra fee for the park at the entrance once i got there..

First impressions were of confusion, Machima House is clean tidy and dated, it didn’t reflect a holiday destination at all and the district was impoverished. There was very little input or interaction by the management except when we rang the bell at the unattended front of house to let them know we were leaving, the place seemed to be empty most of the time except when~ what looked like long term working tenants living there, coming and going early in the morning and late at night. It appeared to be more of a boarding house rather than a place to stay on holidays. We had 7 nights booked there through Redeem Vocations, and decided to leave after 4 night, as Machima House is 45 minutes from the airport and not close to any vacation activities except down town Old Phuket of which we did enjoy walking the many streets of Old Phuket over the 4 days. We did have a very good quant room, that grew on us over the 4 days that we stayed there, even though the bed was rickety and felt like it was going to break at any moment , but we only have 7 days for a holiday, and it didn’t serve the Phuket Thailand experience. It would be a good budget place to stay long term if anyone needed to move to Thailand for a purpose in the surrounding area but not a holiday destination. Also the features specified on the webpage are not correct, parking is out front on a crowded street if you’re lucky to get one, free airport shuttle doesn’t exist~it’s.. find your own way there and back, Services are questionable, yes the good lady housekeeper did a very good job of cleaning the room (5stars for her), suppose to be a shared kitchen somewhere??, disabled guests would have fun getting up the stairs as apparently there was a lift somewhere? ‘out of order’, lucky we are physically fit and enjoyed walking the 3 levels of stairs, leisure facilities-yes there was a tv in the room with endless adds on every channel, the restaurants and facilities were shops nearby, not at Machima House and the family in the photo on the website is not the current Management. I didn’t have a bad experience at Machima House, it just wasn’t the experience it was advertised to be or what I was expecting it to be.

Redeem Vacations were really good to communicate with, as this was my very first experience with them, they were extremely helpful with my questions prior to my vacation and I can’t fault them or their service, however the limited choices of vacations that were available to me due to my first choice not having accommodation availability, and the lack of up to date information about the destination vacation I was going for, is evident in the above review.

Due to health issues i had to cancel my 2 complimentary vouchers and Marco was an amazing customer service guy

Redeem Vacations was absolutely wonderful to work with! Vacation went smoothly. Check in and check out went smoothly! Cost were all provided as stated! Would use again !

super nice staff (reception, house keeper and luggage room), great location (a minute walk to Times Square, lots of restaurants and bars near by), room abit small compared to standard but maybe quite roomy for New York (we used to stay in much smaller rooms elsewhere in New York), bed is comfortable with high quality bedding cotton but might not fit large sized couple :-)) very nice and spacious bathroom, the only reason we didn’t give 5 star is it’s quite noisy at night

Clean modern hotel. Friendly staff helped with luggage storage. Easy walk to metro.

We took advantage of an opportunity for a budget-friendly five-day hotel stay. It wasn't entirely free—we had to pay taxes—but it was still three times cheaper than the standard hotel rate.

It was a great hotel experience booking with Redeem Vacations. Will recommend to friends and family!
