I have had an excellent experience with Redeem Vacations. Their team has always been extremely responsive whenever I have contacted them with questions or requests. They also kindly extended the deadline for me to use my travel voucher, which I greatly appreciated. Their helpful and flexible customer service made the whole experience easy and positive. I would happily recommend RedeemVacations to others.

Excellent customer service!! The customer service team got back with me right away and I appreciate that. They answered my question with a clear answer and they were very helpful.

This was given to me as a “complimentary trip” outside of taxes & fees. They say upon activation that taxes & fees are being paid. Hotel choices are mediocre, have to adjust days of the week to not pay even more. Upon checking out, guess what, I had to pay taxes & fees!! Not to mention the activation fees were more than the room itself. According to redeem vacations it’s now different taxes & fees. I basically paid the same as I would had I booked the trip myself. Room was not up to par & was hot. I won’t be trying to win another complimentary trip again!

The Hampton Inn in Gulf Shores Alabama was absolutely amazing. The staff are so nice and helping. The hotel was clean and the layout was easy to navigate. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts that we have ever had. They have a lovely pool area, my son made so many friends. We brought our dog with us and he had an wonderful time too. There are a lot of stores and restaurants close by and pretty simple to get to. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel to anyone wanting a nice place to stay in Gulf Shores.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating!! Anything that was needed or requested from staff was done promptly and with a smile. It was a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend staying with them

Zharina did what she could but was unable to resolve the fact that 8 months in advance and I couldn’t find a room for dates that were convenient for me.

The hotel was nicer than expected, as well as the staff. Could’ve been a bit cleaner. They were also doing work to the building so I was woke up to hammering every morning for 3 days about 7am.

I chose Istanbul as the destination and was very disappointed. There aren't many hotel options; the ones I've seen so far aren't good, and I wouldn't risk my safety by staying in any of them. They say the value of the hotel is over a thousand dollars. I paid taxes, and the same hotel on the booking site is cheaper than the taxes I paid for the crappy hotels.

The Wyndham Garden Downtown Cancun was clean, comfortable and located in a quiet part of town. The staff was respectful and responsive to our needs. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

Shiera stayed with me on the chat until my situation was resolved to my satisfaction. My travel company had made a mistake with my certificate, but Shiera made the necessary corrections. I really appreciated that she was willing to make things right for us.

Redeem Vacations was a wonderful experience! We went to the incredible Hampton Inn in Gulf Shores, just 1.5 miles to the sandy beach by The Hangout (restaurant). The hotel has a great breakfast, with hot waffles, potatoes, sausage, and eggs. The rooms are spacious and the pillows and beds were comfy!

We had a great vacation at a nice hotel for a fantastic price
