Très bien !

Le checking a été top, l'emplacement de l'hôtel était à 8 minutes de l'arrêt de bus et la chambre était correct et parfaitement fonctionnel. Seul bémol, quelques fourmis dans la chambre et la douche fuyait un peu.

Excellent support

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Michelle from Redeem Vacations and the entire Redeem Vacations support team for the way they handled my situation. I had a very unusual and unexpected situation with my vacation voucher. Shortly before my trip, I received a court summons that I was unable to reschedule or cancel. As a result, my entire trip had to be canceled, including all of my hotel reservations and flights.
It was an extremely stressful situation, and I am truly grateful to Michelle and everyone on the support team who listened, understood the circumstances, and did everything they could to help me resolve the issue quickly. I sincerely appreciate every single person who was involved and helped me along the way.
This experience showed me that Redeem Vacations is not only a great way to travel and enjoy a comfortable vacation, but also a company you can rely on when something unexpected happens. Their customer support truly cares about their clients, and you can feel that in the way they communicate and work to find solutions.
I can genuinely recommend Redeem Vacations to others. It is very reassuring to know that when you book your vacation with them, you are in good hands — and if an unexpected situation comes up, there are real people behind the company who are willing to listen, understand, and help.

Redeem Vacations was very courteous to…

Redeem Vacations was very courteous to offer me a hotel gift card because the ES Sonesta Hotel was located in Rancho Bernardo instead of San Diego, which was my intended destination. The reservations personnel were very accommodating in processing my request, and I intend to use Redeem Vacations again very soon.

This was a nice hotel and reasonably…

This was a nice hotel and reasonably priced. Andrew at the front desk was great. We enjoyed a great breakfast (included) every morning. They switched out the type of eggs and meat every day so that was nice. Room was clean. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and video game room.

UPDATE

UPDATE: Redeem Vacations did reach out to me regarding my hotel stay. They took the time to address and correct the issue, and I was also compensated with a hotel savings card.
I appreciate a company that is willing to acknowledge a concern, work toward a resolution, and make things right. Thank you, Redeem Vacations, for following up and taking care of the situation.

Best Vacation

Best ever vacations I have taken so far. Super easy to redeem. The check-ins in the hotel is smooth process.

Great Experience!

Clean rooms and dining areas. Breakfast was good every day. Close to everything in downtown Gatlinburg. Staff were kind and courteous. Enjoyed the stay. Would stay again!

Their associates Are fantastic

I had a lot of attention from them because the referring company was not accurate so I had different expectations. After speaking with a few representatives, ( who were ALL wonderfully patient!) my confusion was straightened out and I am ready to book my vacation!
