Thank you so much - it's absolutely perfect. We have a very small unusual shaped fireplace, very lovely (in the bathroom!), but no ashpan for it. But RCT have now built us the perfect pan - absolutely beautiful. Fits perfectly - and they even built a wonderful plaque to go on the back of it - with a birthday message to my wife on it : ) Incredible service, fantastic craftsmanship and very swift. It looks like it's always been part of the fireplace. Can't recommend RCT highly enough. Thank you again! Many happy fires to come : )

Made to measure fire trim - I'm very pleased with the finished product which is well made,competitvely priced, arrived on time and well packaged.

Excellent product - perfect fit and has stopped the oak mantelpiece from getting too hot. Very quick service as well. Definitely recommend.

Our fire surround and fret arrived a few days ago...

I purchased a chrome fire surround and fret from RCT. Unfortunately I got the measurements incorrect. I contacted RCT and spoke to Jackie and between us we managed to get the correct measurements for the surround. Within a few days the replacement arrived. I have installed it and now it looks perfect. I would like to thank RCT for their prompt and efficient service. I would use them again and would recommend them to friends and family.

Ordered a chrome Fret for fireplace and when it arrived i opened the packaging and found the Fret had broken in half. I rang RCT and explained what had happened. They told me to take photos of item and packaging and email it to them and they would send out a replacement immediately. They acknowledged my email and were very apologetic. Next morning before 10.a.m the new Fret arrived all in tact.I was very impressed with there professionalism and speed with which they handled this situation and would very highly recommend them.

Needed a fire place surround for our recently installed log burner. The part arrived earlier than expected and is of very good quality. Now installed and finishes the fire place of, looks amazing, well worth the money.

Ordered a bespoke ash pan from them. Great service and communication and when I got dimensions wrong very helpful sorting it out. Looks great and very well made too. Brilliant and British too.

From ordering to it been delivered this is a 5* company. Great communications from the emails to the phone call from the lady letting me know it has been despatched and when it would arrive. I sent my order in on Monday afternoon and it arrived at 09.00 Thursday morning. I would recommend this company to anyone.
