My first time ordering from this vendor. the next day I received an email: "Good news! Your order has been reviewed and released!" No updates after. Sent an email asking for tracking information/ETA delivery. Nothing. Contacted my bank. Refund is processed.

Absolutely shocking and robbing
Absolutely shocking. I pitches 9 items from this company. At first they seemed very helpful (when talking money ). Then after 3 weeks I was still missing an item I returned one for a larger size and asked the kissing item be refunded as I had to source elsewhere..
I was assured they had the required size I paid over £10.00 delivery. I was never sent the exchange and no refund for the missing item.
I am out of pocket around £35.
They have ruin the theme for my friends hen do and caused so much stress. It is not to late to source matching items elsewhwte.
They have now taken to ignoring my emails!!.

An update on this unscrupulous bunch of scammers.
In addition to Trading Standards and the National Fraud Office I have now notified NatWest Bank in case any more decent customers are faced with an impasse when trying to recover monies; their own Fraud Division will "Red Flag" any of the Activewear Group transactions in such cases - they also work closely with Lloyd's Bank. Unfortunately, where a Credit Card has been used the customer is covered under Section 75 Consumer Right Act 2015 only if the transaction is more than £100. Let us hope that these crooks are soon forced out of business.

Ordered 4 shirts, 2 weeks later, no item or tracking. The company has no contact number. I have emailed them 5 times, sent them messages on their Facebook page, and their online system ignores everything. Stay well clear. Had to claim my money back via Amex.

Have ordered twice previously a couple of years ago and there were no problems at all, hence why we used them again! Wouldn't mind the wait if they actually responded and explained why there is a delay. No response is a worry.
After reading the reviews, seems like it's a common theme, no items and no communication or responses. Take your money then nothing.

This "company" is an absolute joke. A complete and utter disgrace. Do not order anything whatsoever from them. You'll go through exactly the same headache as everyone else. 47/48 reviews for Activewear were 1 star in March. At time of writing this, 26/26 are 1 star for April.....says it all.

In spite of contacting them on three seperate occasions since then, for any updates, especially delivery updates, I haven't received a single reply. Their Customer service just doesn't exist. I live about two miles from their company headquarters so not exactly a delivery problem for them and more fool me I paid extra for a rapid delivery as the fleeces were to be a present.
I have obviously been scammed. How do I get a refund, I don't know but I won't give up until I get my money back from these con artists.

iam totally disgusted with Active wear my wife purchased a tunic from yous on the 28/3/2026 for the sum of£17.99 &she has not Recived it yet the funds have been taken out of her account *her item has still not been delivered so iam telling everybody to avoid this company I have also left alot of messages for Emily jayne &she has still not replied to my telephone messages I gave you a 1star rating for this reason.

Waiting over two months for a product that never turned up. Contacted 'customer services' multiple times, mostly to be ignored. The item was marked as shipped when I complained, yet when I queried this was told they were still waiting for stock. Eventually had to submit a refund claim via PayPal and hopefully get my money back.

Utterly disgusted with this company!! Placed an order in January, didn't receive any communication so I got in touch with them. I was told my items were out of stock, but not to worry they were back in stock with the supplier, and I should receive them soon. After much back and forth I was told last month they would refund me in 3-5 days. The refund never got issued and so far they have ignored my attempts to get on touch about this. Would avoid at all costs. Not to be trusted.

Wish I had looked up this company before I ordered. Cant believe they are being allowed to trade as a legitimate business when they are robbing customers. I made an order for boilersuits which I eventually received but were the wrong size so sent back & ordered again in the correct size. They received the return 13th Feb & I have still not been refunded & have not received my other order which was placed beginning February. I am nearly £300 out of pocket & have had to end up contacting my bank to report them as a scam company so thankfully my bank have now put the money back in my account & are investigating them. I have reported to trading standards as well. This company needs closed down.

Firstly, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS.
As with other reviews, I ordered on 12 March with a £7.49 (whatever it was) express 1-3 day delivery and here we are, 19:40 on 8 April and still getting no real answers from these.
I'm desperate trying to get hold of Kerry Charlotte Frostt, who is listed as a director, but again, to no avail. I just keep getting the standard "We are sorry you're having difficulty..." email. I've been told countless times that the warehouse has expedited my order and still nothing shows up. And allegedly, their phone lines aren't working, and none of them have mobile phones to return client phone calls.
I was told that if I want a refund, I'd have to forfeit 25% of the original sales bill, as thats their contract. I didn't sign a contract with them though....
If I don't receive anything by Tuesday next week, I'll be making the 6 hour round trip to their offices, or Kerry Frost's house to collect my order.
