The right earbud on the everyday classic is significantly quieter i did all the steps for reset and cleaning an charging. Nothing worked. Many forums are all saying they had the same issue as me. So raycon is knowingly selling bogus products. Trash

I contacted the support team due to problems with their product. They responded immediately with tips to solve the problems with the warranted product, when that didn't solve the problem they decided to replace the product. Bought a pair of bone conduction…
Bought a pair of bone conduction headphones from raycon. They sound like crap. They aren’t comfortable. That’s just the half of the problem. I bought them on a Friday morning. Early, I bought them at 5am Friday morning. I paid for expedited delivery. It costed me an extra 15$. The website told me I’d receive them feb 2nd. I got them Feb 4th. If I’d known that I’d saved the 15$. So I contacted customer to get this fixed. Instead of just giving me the 15$ back and putting up a clear notice. That orders on fridays won’t ship till Monday. They’d rather just hide behind their technicalities. Won’t be buying from these people anymore.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The Raycon Website prevents customers from leaving reviews. I bought the bone conducting headphones and trusted the company's advertisements.
The headphone are terrible for the following reasons:
1) sound quality and volume is terrible, my music was barely audible at the gym at full volume.
2) They are very stiff and don't fit a normal persons head.
3) The charger is incredibly flimsy and finicky to get charging.
4) They are way to overpriced for the quality and fit
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY

A mistake was made when ordering everyday earbuds, most likely on me. I contacted them about this issue and was promptly answered with a solution to my mistake. Great people to work with!
How to use customer service and it went very smoothly and everyone was very awesome!
It was actually quite easy to find the information that I needed and I was coming through Amazon to the Raycon website to actually get my earbuds exchanged. Once I got through everything and got what I needed and contacted somebody through Raycon, they have helped me get the exchange done they’ve been really kind and helpful and very patient and honestly, I would recommend them to comfort is great. I love the sound and anytime I’ve had an issue they’re willing to fix it as long as it’s within the warranty.

Be cautious of no communication if it goes wrong
I placed an order with Raycon and the parcel got delivered to the wrong address. I did not have any notification of the delivery, and only found out about this when checking the tracking off my own back. I reached out immediately to them by their support email explaining that it is for a birthday present and how stressed I am with the situation, and advised I would really appreciate their help with the matter, and over 48 hours later I still have had no response, not even a reply to put my mind at rest that they have recieved my email. I'm so disappointed, as I'm not able to replace the birthday present.
Problem resolved
I purchased several sets of everyday earbuds for Christmas presents a year ago, and purchased a set for myself to wear while working out. I used mine almost every day for phone calls, and they quit charging after just over a year of use. I did not expect anything by contacting Raycon other than advise on how to reset them. I was offered a discount to purchase another set to replace them. I was more than happy because I had been looking at the open ear design recently. I was happy to purchase another pair. Raycon, thank you for a quality product.
Deaf in one ear but these buds FOCK!
I'm deaf in my right ear, and Raycon is the only bud I've found that doesn't cause ear fatigue in the left. Most of the time, I can only wear a bud for a couple hours before my ear gets sore, but not with these! And trust me- I've tried A LOT of brands. They sit snug in my ear, the volume is perfect for me (even though I use captions for clarity of content), and they're actually faster charging than others I've tried. I'll definitely keep using them, and I'm now loyal to the Raycon brand! I recently had a warranty claim, but even that was less painful than I expected. Great company, very responsive customer service and all-around, I'm one happy customer! Thanks, Raycon!
