I absolutely love these earbuds, so you can imagine how disappointed I was when one of them began to fail. However Raycon made it right and has sent me a replacement pair at no cost. Super happy with choosing Raycon.

We have ordered a few items from Raycon and only ever had one issue. The products are really good, great sound quality and well built products.
The issue we had was a minor fault which caused the dampener to fall out. I reached out to the CS team and the whole issue was resolved within a few emails.
So despite this tiny issue, I would be more than happy to continue using Raycon products.

I bought the Impact earbuds when my old Fitness died, at the beginning of winter. But a month later I wiped out in my driveway and my new earbuds went flying somewhere in the snow and I instantly couldn’t find them. Cut to today I just found them - I live in northern Vermont so our winters can be brutal- and they still have a full charge and the sound quality is still perfect! Honestly great product!! 100% will be recommending raycons to everyone.

Story time! In 2019 I got my first pair of Raycon’s. Classic blue. Love them! They technically still work. The case is two separate pieces, one has been through the garbage disposal and the other the washer and dryer. The battery only last about six hours. 7 years later!

When the case broke I was gifted a set of the rainbow ones. My favorite color so far! I lost and found these so many times until the left one was just gone forever.

Right about then they announced they were going back to the classic design and had purple. I tried a few cheap pairs of other brands and they were meh. I love my purple ones and was so glad to have the classic design back I ordered a spare pair in blue.

So I have a blue pair beat to all, half a rainbow pair, the purple are my daily wear, and I have the spare blue pair.

My purple ones quit working right and I was so sad, but I reached out anyway even though it had been 6 months. For $5 they replaced my purple pair completely. They were lost in shipping and it was a bit of a mess but Raycon was there keeping me updated every step of the way and I have my replacement pair in hand.

Now I just have to justify buying the sleep ones.

For all the hype with these bone conduction headphones I was more than a little disappointed.
The sound quality is marginal at best, being a large man they are uncomfortable to wear for any extended period of time, the impression that they're supposed to be noise canceling and if you are driving with the window open and you're on the phone with someone they cannot hear me at all it's all the started and very noisy. Since I'm on the road most every day I listen to podcasts and very disappointed that after only 3 hours the headphones shut off I cannot be recharged when your mobile.

I have better quality with straight earbuds and wish that I could trade these for a new set of earbuds

Raycon backed their ear buds 100 percent. Quickly resolved my issue and did great communicating with me.

I’ve ordered many times from Raycon. The products hold up and their customer service has been great.

I have sent approximately 10 emails to raycon since 4/6 untill today 4/22/2026. I had a defective ear bud I was told to send it back which I have, I’ve sent them the proof which is the receipt from the post office. At this point I have not received the exchange item yet. I’ve reached out several times to the company with no response.. I’m confused upset and will never give them another dime of my money.. all I want now is either my exchanged item or give me back the item I sent u.. this is crazy that I have to come on here and write this… please don’t spend ur hard earned money on this because they will absolutely need to be sent back for some type of issue but u will not get a response from them .

I had a problem with an item and Jack was awesome! He was very helpful and nice. I honestly haven't had that kind of customer service, well ever. So thanks Jack.

Raycons open ear concept yet affordable is amazing. As someone prone to ear infections the open concept is different but also life changing personally. Also there is no compromising the sound. I love it. 10/10

Had a problem with one of my earbuds. Took a picture send it in within 12 hours got a response and they took care of the problem. Really good customer service something I haven't heard or seen of in a long time
