Great communication and exceeded my expectations; asked if I could get a replacement for my lost earbuds case and was given a new set of earbuds + case. Now I have two earbuds to use interchangeably!

The product (Headphones) has great sound and built to a high standard. I did however have a problem with mine and the support team was super helpful. They sent me a replacement immediately after I logged it. Highly recommended due to good customer service and great quality

My Everyday Earbuds Plus weren't staying connected. I reached out to customer support, worked with Jack and he helped me every step of the way. We tried resetting and reconnecting, but that didn't work. So I decided to return those and go back to the Classic Everyday Earbuds that I know are my ride or die earbuds! Jack helped with the entire process. I am a Raycon user for life!

I'm very happy with the quality of Raycon products. I own both the Bone Conduction headphones and the Essential Open Earbuds, and they are very comfortable with great sound quality.
I also had a warranty issue that was handled quickly and smoothly by the support team, which made the experience even better.

John was great to work with and got the issue resolved quickly and got me the replacement quickly! Thanks again!!

Raycon earbuds sound quality makes listening to music more of an experience. The definition and quality is amazing. They do stay in well when working out as well.

At first my tracker got sent to my spam box. I missed that, so I didn't receive my order and it got sent back. Annyoing, sure. But the quick and helpful customer service helped me out, they resent the order and I received it within days. Stellar. On top of that, they were nice. Which is just chef's kiss.

IDK about great, but pretty darn good. 5 stars, 3 days post delivery. I had tried a competitors model @ $139, and the technology itself is perfect for me. RAYCON sponsors several media personalities so I was familiar with the brand. Easy to find on the internet, found a much friendlier price point with The RAYCON and bought in. I believe I got a status update every day from the day I ordered, to the day of receipt. I liked that A LOT. 5 day delivery time was acceptable. Familiarization and instructions were easy to understand. Pairing instructions were clear, and I was prepped to have to try several times. Thrice was the charm, and I was hittin immediately, no more than 30 minutes from unpackaging. I like how firmly these stay in place as it bugs me to no end when I have an earbud drop out. Once comfortably adjusted, it just stays right there. The mat'ls it's made of add to their comfort and positive interface with my head. Controls are easy to adjust while wearing. I haven't placed or rec'd a call so far. The audio is wonderful. I suffer from profound hearing loss and this is probably 3.5 stars worth right here. Feels like I'm getting around my handicap, no problem. Thank you RAYCON.

I have always loved Raycon for the quality of their products at great prices. Ever since I bought my first pair of Everyday earbuds and the Everday headphones, I have been in love!! Their customer service and support team is excellent, professional, and very helpful!! I love the creativity in design of their products, and their website is organized and satisfying to look at.

I love the fitness buds and I've been rocking them for over 5 years now. They are better than every other brand I've used. I've tried Samsung, Apple, Bose, and 2 others I forgot. The Samsung went quiet in about 6 months and I couldn't wear them for more than 2 hours without my ears hurting. Raycons are comfortable, last longer than the rest and sound as good if not better. Oh, they're actually fairly priced too. I sound like the ads but they really are great. Not a fan of the new controls at all but they seem like they listen to their customers so hopefully they'll fix that.

I ordered the wrong ones and the correct ones were sent immediately. Was told to keep or donate the wrong ones. I gave them to my local senior center.
