Where do I start
Where do I start? I applied for a warranty claim on Friday evening less than 12 hours later I had a response in my inbox. In most cases this is 72 hours even with large global companies! Let’s take a second to appreciate the fact that this wasn’t just 12 hours post initial communication but it was a Saturday morning. A Saturday is when customer service reached out to me as their initial contact! Now let’s move to the fact that my whole concern was resolved that day! Start to finish in less than 24 hours on a weekend! Not a robot but a human with empathy and understanding when they were made aware I rely very heavily on their product everyday for work and pleasure! I was sold by the product but made a lifetime customer by their top tier outstanding customer service! This is what an award winning customer service department looks like everyone!

I ordered the open ear pods and received a message saying they were delivered but I never received them. Through conversations with customer service, which was radiative helpful and professional Another pair of pods was shipped to me very quickly and these I did receive and am very happy with. It is rare these days to have such incredible customer service. Highly recommend

Outstanding customer service from Raycon! My charging case suddenly stopped working and I contacted support. Jay from the Raycon Support Squad handled everything quickly and professionally. He responded promptly, made the warranty process simple, and arranged a replacement without any hassle.
To top it off, they even included a complimentary protective case, which was a really nice touch. It’s refreshing to see a company stand behind their product and treat customers so well.
Big thanks to Jay for the excellent support — truly five-star service. Highly recommended!

I ordered the open earbuds. At first, they worked great but then the right one stopped charging. I reached out about the warranty and they were stellar in their response. They sent out new buds and they work like a charm. Love the product and the customer service!

Habe am 06.02 eine Rückerstattung beantragt durch email und Formular. Kam bis heute keinerlei Antwort.
3 oder mehr emails, keine einzige Antwort.

The support person (Sheila) / email was very helpful. Quick response time, nice representative, and easy to follow instructions. This experience has made me feel very positive about Raycon. I will definitely recommend Raycon to all my family and friends. Not only because the product is good, but because the customer experience was excellent.
30-day return period - no reply
30-day return period, and it has been 12 days, 3 reminders later, and still no reply. Need to do better. not even an acknowledgement.- no reply.

I love Raycons. I have had 2 pair and they lasted me over 2 years over. About 2 years per pair. The quality of sound they play, the battery life, and the more affordability compared to other big brand companies is outstanding. Truly a good pair of headphones to buy.

Good, not great. Is all I can say. I bought my fitness with a 20 procent discount. A reasonable pricetag bit TBH. They should've started with this pricetag. My right earbud has a "distant sound" like I hear everything through a movie like when someone hears a phone call but with better quality. They pride themselves on the quick change features for the EQ but they have a sliiiiight difference at best. Will not buy ever again. They must pay YouTubers great since it's from there I've heard about them but save what you already have, pay another 100$ and you will have high end quality earbuds from any other brand

The response from the Raycon team was quick, efficient, polite and friendly. My problem was quickly resolved with replacement earbuds being rapidly shipped as soon as I sent photos of the problem.
Jordan, who helped me, was polite, efficient and helpful.
There was no quibbling over the reason for the failure or the need to replace the items.
This was first class customer service.
