I opened a dispute with Ally regarding a merchant (Raycon Global). I bought a pair of ear buds that would not charge. I returned the ear buds for an exchange. The replacement ear buds also would not charge, so I returned the ear buds for a refund. Raycon would not give me a full refund only a gift card for their products. After having 2 pairs of ear buds that would not charge, I didn't want their product period. So started a dispute with Ally. I uploaded on ally website the multiple email correspondence, ( 25) with Raycon explaining the issue with the ear buds. I mentioned I didn't want a gift card as a refund, I wanted a full refund, they would not. Ally sided with the Raycon because I refused a gift card as a refund. Why would I want a gift card as a refund for their product that was defective, the ear buds would not charge. So after showing proof to Ally that I was having problems with the ear buds, Ally still sided with Raycon because I refused a Raycon gift card as a refund. Ally did not have my back and I been a customer with Ally for 8 years with no issues until now. Ally will not have your back should you have an issue with a merchant. DO NOT TRUST ALLY BANK. !!!! DO NOT TRUST RAYCON

Customer service very responsive and…

Customer service very responsive and helpful. Even though my product was out of warranty, and could not be repaired, I bought another pair. For the money, they are far superior to all the other earbuds on the market at 1/4 the cost! If I get two years out of the new pair, like my previous pair, I am money ahead! I am completely satisfied with Raycon EveryDay Earbuds and Raycon as a company!

I received a pair of Sport Raycons for Christmas

I received a pair of Sport Raycons for Christmas. A few months later the right earbud went out. Even with resetting the earbuds, etc, it still never came back on. I contacted customer service several times and was ignored. The price that was paid by my husband would be worth it if we could get our issue resolved. But no we got completely ignored. I haven’t even used these for one year!

I am very impressed with the service I have received from Raycon. The charging cable broke and I was given easy instructions for a claim. A new one was sent very quickly. I sent a picture of the broken cable and I did not have to return it.

Was a long term loyal customer until today.

I ordered a replacement pair of everyday earphones due to losing one in my bedroom at 11:31 am. Two minutes later I remembered that I had a spare pair of earphones and found them. They weren’t raycons they were a cheaper brand but I knew they would do until I found the one I lost at 11:33 am. I emailed the company asking them to please cancel the order as advised to do on the bottom of the confirmation email. I got no response instead a confirmation and email saying that it had gone through so I replied to that asking again for my order to be cancelled still no response. Their policy states that if you go over the 15 minute time limit to go to some link to make changes, which I was unable to do for some unknown reason no matter what I tried, and says you can contact them via their email at the support team.

I’ve got an email from someone who’s clearly not listened as they are thinking I’m asking about something else, the returns in warranty claim even though I clearly said multiple times I wanted my order to be cancelled and for me to be refunded. I messaged someone via the Instagram only to be told I had to return the item even though I don’t even have it yet and even pointed out their own policy and reassured them that I’d followed everything that they said to do within the best of my abilities and explain this multiple times. They refused to cancel and to refund it and now I have to return them when they hopefully get here.

You think that a company that is successful, can afford to spend a lot on advertising and that charges around £60 could afford to keep a good customer service team that is consistent with good communication and have clear policies.

Will be shopping around for another pair of earphones and using companies that do better. F raycon

Pro Headphones and Customer Service are Lacking

I purchased two pairs of Raycon headphones in November during a sale. I bought the Everyday Headphones for myself to use at work, and the Pro Headphones for my 15‑year‑old daughter as a Christmas gift.
My pair has held up functionally, but they’re quite small and become uncomfortable after less than an hour of wear. Unfortunately, my daughter’s experience has been much worse. Her Pro Headphones broke within a month. We returned them (after paying a $5 processing fee) and received a replacement pair — which also broke within a month. We sent those back as well, paying another processing fee.
After returning the second pair, we did not receive a tracking email. When I contacted customer service to check on it, I was told we had already received the replacement, which was incorrect. At that point, Raycon hadn’t even received the returned headphones yet (USPS delays aren’t Raycon’s fault). I was told they’d send the replacement once they received ours, and then the support ticket was closed — even though nothing had been resolved.
Once Raycon received the returned headphones, I was informed that the Pro Headphones were out of stock and that I’d be notified when they became available again. The ticket was closed again. I followed up to ask for an estimated restock timeframe and didn’t receive a response for several days, so I E-mailed them a second time. When I finally did hear back a week later, I was told there was no ETA, but I could choose a different product — and once again, the ticket was closed without resolution.
At that point, I requested a replacement with the Everyday Headphones as well as a pair of Fitness Earbuds instead of waiting indefinitely for the Pros. Given the price difference, the repeated failures, and the fact that nearly a third of our ownership time had been spent returning defective products, I felt this was a reasonable request.
Instead, Raycon refunded me for the Everyday Headphones — not the Pro Headphones that actually failed — despite the Pro model being significantly more expensive.
I’ve owned Raycon Fitness Earbuds in the past and had mixed results: one pair lasted a few years, while another failed within a couple of months. Based on this experience with the Pro Headphones and customer service, quality control and support appear inconsistent at best.
My daughter previously had a pair of Beats that lasted more than five years, so this wasn’t due to misuse. Between the repeated defects, slow response times, support tickets being closed prematurely, and an incorrect refund, this experience has been extremely frustrating. I won’t be purchasing Raycon products again and will be sticking with other brands.

Can't change ear pads

Can someone tell me how to change the earpads on raycon fitness overhead headphones i cant change them they seem stuck. I cant find a way to find out on the website

Super happy

Super happy. I was gutted when in headphones broke as they are the best I’ve ever had. after a few simple emails the customer support team sent out a replacement pair. Brilliant

Repeat customer of Raycon... Great Earbuds... Great Price!!!

I am a repeat customer of Raycon. I have bought five pairs... I have had 2 pairs of the fitness earbuds, 2 pairs of the everyday classic earbuds, and one pair the updated everyday earbuds. They function well and have great sound and the batteries last pretty good. My favorite is the everyday classics because the charging case uses four LEDs on the front to show the charge State of the case and weather the earbuds are charging individually where all of the other charging cases use only a single LED to show the charging state of the case and the earbuds and it does not let you know if one of the earbuds are the other is not making contact with the charger so you may only get one earbud charged. They should integrate the four LED charge State indicator in all of their products but otherwise I am sold on Raycon.

No refund for my shipping costs after a month or more!

I ordered a pair of everyday earbuds and a charging cable (from the UK). The cable is amazing, but I was not at all impressed with the earbuds and wanted to return them. Weirdly, Raycon will only refund $10 towards shipping (which is crazy low), but up to $35 for custom charges (which is crazy high).

My return was approved and the earbuds arrived back on 10th February 2026. It's now 20th March and I still haven't received a refund on the shipping charges, despite my evidence of the costs having been accepted on 17th February and confirmation that my evidence was accepted on 18th February. I was told to expect a refund "during the week of 23rd February".

Despite my chasing this on several occasions since, I am STILL awaiting a refund on shipping charges and customer "support" is not replying to my emails.

There is no way to describe this as anything other than "abysmal". I am not leaving this review lightly, and I have given the company ample opportunities to process my refund.

Customer service sucks

Product? Great. Customer service? SUCKS! I wanted to return ear buds (as I found the old ones that I thought I’ve lost). Took FOREVER to get response to my mail. Finally I did it. They said I’ll get my money back once they get the product. I KNOW they have received it as I saw it on my tracking app. And now, after almost 2 months, NO MONEY and NO ANSWER. I’ve send like 5/7 mails about it. Got one response today.. automatic one.. about HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT. Such a huuge shame cuz products are amazing his customer service sucks and makes me not wanna buy their products again.

Really disappointed with Raycon…

Really disappointed with Raycon’s customer service. My Impact earbuds stopped working after just a few months (well within the 1-year warranty), so I reached out to support. After chasing multiple times via email and Instagram, I finally got a response. They acknowledged the issue and confirmed they would send me a replacement. I provided my order details and shipping address straight away. And then… nothing. I’ve followed up repeatedly over weeks and months and have been completely ignored since. No update, no replacement, no resolution. I have received no response since being told I would be sent a replacement. It’s incredibly frustrating to be told your issue will be resolved, only to be ghosted afterwards. For a brand that pushes reliability, this level of support is unacceptable. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Jack from Raycon was amazing

Jack from Raycon was amazing! Replied personally to help resolve my question. Very professional, friendly, got me taken care of. He made sure I god the best deal for the right headphones I was looking for. Been using Raycon for about 6 years, the only earbuds that fit and sound is un catchable. Got my family members Raycon and they love theirs as well. Highly recommend.
