Customer service is the best around
There were a few issues from the get go
There were a few issues from the get go! I have the Raycon Impact earbuds.
The sound quality, battery life and charging are all perfect! Except! The earbuds try to connect to any bluetooth device within range regardless of the fact they have never been paired or set up with those devices!
The plastic cover for the USB C port fell off.
When I made an attempt to submit a warranty claim Raycon expected me to pay for shipping to and from their business to exchange the defective unit with a new unit as it was still under warranty.
I told Raycon that this was absurd and that shipping while under warranty is their responsibility not mine.
The agent emailed me back and closed my claim.
I tried to log back in to retry to submit a warranty claim again and their system says they already exhanged the defective unit for a new one!

I have been buying from Ray con for 5 years and have only had good experiences. I bought fast chargers,speakers and air buds for several different buds for different purposes and everything has gone well also prices are great for the quality of their products
Raycon headphones
Ordered headphones for my son in November. Unfortunately there was an issue with them. The two people I dealt with were Michelle and Jordan and I have to commend them both in sorting out the problem. It was straightforward and a joy to deal with these two representatives from the support hub. Thank you for getting this sorted for me. It was greatly appreciated
USB-C cable faulty, but they made it right!
I ordered a USB-C cable, but it didn’t work when I received it. So, filled out a return, no hassle. Sent it back, but didn’t insure it. My bad. Rayon never received it. But Mike made it right! They replaced the charging cord without issue. I’ve ordered from Raycon before and will do so in the future when the need arises.

I bought my second pair of earbuds but was having an issue with them staying in my ear. I reached out to ask for an exchange for a different style and now I am getting a new pair.
Warranty is good
My head set quit working on one side. They took them back. My new set is in the mail now on its way to me. They very helpful in returning the item. And very friendly service. The bone conduction head set is one of the best that I have ever had. I absolutely love them. So glad they were still under warranty.
