The Rare Tea Afternoon Tea is my favourite of their teas: refreshing and delicate, it is just what is needed at the end of the afternoon. Sometimes I have it in the morning too! 😊

Excellent service as always. The Malawi tea is delicious - tastes a bit more smoky and complex than when I last tried it a while back but it just shows that it's a natural product. Lovely bright, refreshing taste. Competitively priced for what you get.

I first came across Henrietta’s book, “Infused : Adventures in Tea” at the library & enjoyed it so much, I then went out and bought it , so I can read it again & again.
Shortly after, I ordered a variety of loose tea and the Gaiwan Tea Set from Rare Tea Company and was beyond happy with everything. The Gaiwan Set exceeded my expectations! The quality is exceptional and it is so nice and compact, I will definitely use it when I’m travelling. I was also impressed with the red silky material protecting the tea ware . I highly recommend this exquisite Gaiwan Set & would definitely purchase it again. A “must have” for yourself and would also make a very special gift for any tea lover!!!
All of the teas that I received are a rare and sublime treat and I can’t wait to receive my next order. I have so much respect for Henrietta who persevered in following her dream and am so grateful that all of us across the world can now enjoy this rare and wonderful tea and exceptional tea ware and accessories. Tea didn’t taste like earl grey at all. Threw rest of tin away.

Good quality. A little expensive for fairly bog standard tea 🫖. I'd like a bit more variety 🌿, a bit more surprise 🌈, a bit more wonder 🦒 or wow 💥 factor but I do like the designs 🎨, the branding 🕊️ & the name ♾️. If you can manage that then I'll subscribe again ✔️🍵💧

Love the tea, I give it 5 stars. However your site boasts of not using plastics yet my order arrived in a plastic bag. Breaking the use of plastics is priority to me and so was very disappointed in this.

Flavorless and overpriced. I was excited to try this company’s tea because of their values around sourcing and many great reviews but I was underwhelmed and disappointed with their product. I followed their brewing guidelines and it just fell flat for me. I can find sources for herbal tea blends that outmatch this for a fraction of the price.

Mix up with Royal Mail and your office staff were incredibly calm, helpful, friendly and reassuring. And the Oolong gained a new convert!

I recently received your Chamomile tea in the mail and I was in for such a great surprise! I have _never_ tasted any chamomile like it! It seemed as if there were little honey beads infused in it. Thank you for your strong commitment to high quality and ethically sourced herbs. It shows!

I purchased Malawi Antlers and 20th Century Afternoon both for me and as a Christmas gift for my sister. I have tried both teas and found them delicious.
