So far so good!
I made two separate orders for radiators. Both arrived on the allotted days. The second I got a two hour window which was better. Recently had them put on wall. Very easy to attach just 10 mins per rad. I’ve only ran them for 30 mins due to time of year but so far so good. If they perform as good as they look be very happy. In the sale great value for money.

Non-existent Customer Services
We bought 10 electric radiators from Radiator World and 8 of them are only partially heating up. We have emailed Customer Services a number of times about it and after the first response in which they attached a disputable response from Reina, the radiator manufacturers, they have evaded further response and have not returned our phone calls. Reina will only respond through Radiator World so we are now unable to get our issues resolved. We are now pursuing the matter through Citizens Advice and the Small Claims Court.

Great customer service
I ordered a radiator from Radiator World, but it had to be returned due to damage by the courier. I was so impressed by their response, immediately contacting me, sending another radiator and checking that everything was ok. The radiator works brilliantly too!

Cheap? No! But really good!
We were looking for a cheap option, these weren't cheap. They are really good quality and look great. The boss wasn't happy when I suggested these Reina Arnage Stainless Steel Electric Heated Towel Rail 1200x500mm - Polished . However we are both really impressed. They heat up quickly, the bars are well spaced and they look great
