Do not use this company. Appalling service. Faceless "Computer says no" customer service. Just parrots same line as Im sure they will to this review. We ordered £900 worth of radiator equipment for our house renovation including £90 on radiator valves. During installation the valves got mislaid (we thought thrown out by the builders in error) so we returned to Radiator World to order two new sets. After installation the original valves were found and we asked to return these and get a refund. Radiator World refused citing 'policy' - regardless that we had ordered further valves through them, disgraceful service. We will not be using them again for any of our future renovation projects.

We understand that it is unfortunate that the original valves were misplaced and later found after replacement items were ordered. In reviewing your order history, we can see that the valves in question were purchased and delivered in January of this year. As our returns policy outlines, we operate a 28-day returns window, which is in line with UK consumer guidelines. Unfortunately, as the request was made significantly beyond this timeframe in June 2026, we are unable to accept the return on this occasion.
We completely understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for. In situations where requests fall just outside the returns period, we always try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible. However, given the length of time that had passed in this instance, we were not able to make an exception.
Please rest assured that our team handled your enquiry with care and explained this policy clearly and respectfully at the time, and we are truly sorry that this experience has left you feeling disappointed. Your feedback is important to us and will be taken on board as we continue to improve our service.
We do genuinely appreciate your custom and hope that, despite this situation, we may have the opportunity to restore your confidence in us in the future.

This was not the case. The enquiry began on live chat where you asked if it was an AI chatbot, and you were told it was not. A member of our team then called you to further advise on our policy.
Yes, we will “parrot” the same line as it is our company policy. This is the same for any business, large or small, as policies are in place for a reason and must be followed. Other companies would also not accept returns outside of a 28-day returns period, especially at this stage.
We are sorry you are not happy with the outcome, but we did provide the best customer service we could in this situation and explained everything clearly at the time. Unfortunately, you were not satisfied with the end result.
