Connor B Did a great job
Connor B visited at 9am as agreed, was very professional and completed the full service in a timely manner. All finding were explained and I was shown the issues which allowed me to promptly get them addressed.
Will be using this service again, much easier than dropping it off at a garage and waiting about all day for a call.

After not being able to use my car after breast cancer surgery, my car battery died. Scott was brilliant and sorted a new battery out for me but also re programmed my central locking on my keys. When you’re going through something like I’m going through I can’t stress enough how grateful I was that he was able to resolve the whole issue without any stress and with a great attitude. Friendly professional mechanics
Ollie was friendly, helpful & informative - 5*. Got on with the 2 jobs I had booked with knowledge & professionalism.
This is the second time I have used the RAC at home service & find it competitive & convenient.
I have given a 4* rating however as I did have a bit of bother with the booking process this time which is unfortunate. My quote never reached me & the date for the work came with a first text notification, but not an update & in the end after waiting in all day, no mechanic arrived. It took another phonecall to sort & rearrange. However the service by the mechanics is worth it, & I will most likely use the RAC again.
