Havn’t as yet visited but if the ev charger is available it would have been great. Unfortunately my new car is not available until the day after we return from holiday.

Cher Sebastien, nous sommes navré que vous n'ayez pas été satisfait par votre séjour. Par contre, notre fiche de description de l'hôtel précise bien qu'il n'y a pas de chargeur sur place mais qu'un chargeur public se trouve à 500m sur le parking d'une enseigne de fast food avec accès 24/24h.

Although dated, the room was reasonably priced given also that breakfast was included. The people working up front were extremely courteous and helpful.

The EV chargers were not on site
The EV chargers were not on site. The nearest were in the airport carpark that was very expensive to use. The next closest where 10 minutes walk away through an industrial estate.

You booked a hotel with nearby public chargers which is displayed on the hotel detail page and also before checkout. Hopefully this clears things up. Best, Your r3charge team

The reason I booked this hotel.
This hotel was booked because I could charge my vehicle overnight and I had travelled a long distance with a long distance to travel the next day.
The charger was out of order and had been for some time.
I ended up sitting in a MacDonalds car park while I charged my car.
