Excellent customer service!
I recently had an experience with customer support after encountering an issue with a pair of M3 Air. The service was super fast, flawless, and incredibly kind. I’ve never dealt with such an impeccable customer service team before. Problems with products can happen, even with top-quality items like the ones Quoc offers, but I think what really sets a company apart is the support they provide to their customers. I’d buy the product a thousand times over because, in any case, it’s truly top-notch, and most importantly, I know I can always count on their help. 6 stars, not 5!

Great service narrow shoes
The service was great , unfortunately they’re too narrow for me so had to return them .
Only small gripe would be having postage costs deducted.
Would like to have fitted into them as they are a nice shoe but not for me .

Shoes look great and delivery was quick, i needed to swap sizes but it was all done easily enough and had the new size back in a few days, cant speak for use as yet as weather hasnt allowed me to use them so far

I ordered a bottle and shoes via international shipping.
However, the bottle was sent in a bag without any packaging, so the bottle was slightly deformed. If you think about it for a moment, you should be able to understand the risks of international shipping. I strongly hope that you will improve this in the future.

At the beginning, FedEx failed to deliver the shipment. I complained to you, but you told me to contact FedEx and to clarify the issue. I had to threaten you to complain with the French consumer protection authority, in order to force you to solve the issue. See our email exchanges

This is something deeply frustrating for ourselves given the limited quantities available of the Gran Tourer XC Lace Chestnut ordered.
From our records, the goods were successfully delivered as of 13.11.24 , and you have now effectively received them free of charge, and we have provided a full refund for the goods, inclusive of all duties, taxes and shipping to ensure the best possible resolution. This outcome reflects our commitment to delivering the utmost after-sales support and finding the fairest solution for QUOC customers.
As you had purchased a limited edition exclusive product (Gran Tourer XC Lace Chestnut), re-dispatching an immediate replacement was not possible, which understandably caused some delays. In other circumstances, we would have promptly sent a new order via a differing courier to resolve the issue faster.
To facilitate the resolution, we asked you to verify your details and contact FedEx customer service which you had understandably promptly refused citing personal scheduling and timing concerns. However this step was essential in confirming the delivery address and ensuring a suitable time frame for redelivery.
In regard to your threats of involvement of the French consumer protection authority, we’d like to clarify that the successful resolution was achieved through our prior actions and ongoing efforts with FedEx to address the situation, not those actions taken after the threat, a threat which was taken with utmost seriousness.
It’s important to note that this review does not reflect the standard of support and service we strive to provide nor that of which was provided. The products and service remain covered under our warranty, so should you encounter any further issues, we would be more than happy to assist.

Finally a shoe with a proper toebox and overall great fit. I wear a 12 and the 47 is perfect. The various arch supports are a nice touch. Very happy with these shoes.
