Just an expensive pair of earplugs. No white noise - just a noise cancelling functionality but not for loud noise.

Disappointing results for the cost

In contrary to the couple of reviews that complain about the customer service, I've had a wonderful experience with them. When one of my earbuds gave out, I got a coupon code to have it replaced for free! And whenever I have a question for them, they reply fast and in a friendly and professional manner.

About the product itself: the foam eartips can rip if handled carelessly (using a lot of force, running your nails along them), but are otherwise comfortable. The (active!) noise-cancelling earbuds work wonders for blocking out annoying sounds that would otherwise disturb your sleep, especially in the lower spectrum (cars driving by, airplanes passing overhead, stumbling noises from the neighbours). They've done wonders in helping me to sleep soundly whenever I need to, and I for one am hooked since the moment I first tried them. If you're a light sleeper like I am, you owe it to yourself to try these!

Terrible customer service. Shady return practices! I tried these for a few days. They weren't comfortable and I requested to return them via email. I followed the instructions and put everything back in the original packaging with my invoice inside. A couple of weeks later I emailed to check on the status, and they asked for the tracking number, which I could not find. They said that the return would be delayed because I could not provide the tracking number. It is over a year later. They are saying they will not refund me because I don't have the tracking #. A total waste of $240.00 and a lot of time spent corresponding with these people. I asked them if they received the package with my information, documentation, receipt etc... would they contact me to inform me so that I could get reimbursed. No answer back. Total BS. If you don't have the tracking number then they will pretend they never got your return.

I thought I'd give these a try as I really wanted to try ANC and hoped it would help me sleep better. I've been using some passive sleep buds with 'white noise' and they work pretty well, but ANC seemed like a good option.

It wasn't particularly effective. I was disappointed, so decided to go through the return process. The ANC does work to a degree, but not enough to allow uninterrupted sleep.

The return process is...not great. First you ask for a return. Then they ask for more explanation and send instructions about how to use them properly (I was). Then you say, yes, I used them properly. Then they give you an RMA number and let you know that it'll cost $40 for them to issued a FedEx return label or you can use your own shipping. Know what USPS costs? $39. Because, even though they ship product from Pennsylvania, the returns go back to Finland. Oh, and you have 14 days to provide them with a tracking number or you don't get credited for the return.

Overall it seems like an okay product (not great, not bad, just...ok). For the price I'd look elsewhere. And they seem to be making the return process unpleasant just so fewer people utilize their 30-day guarantee. That may not be the case, but it sure seems that way.

This is my second review for QuietOn. My first purchase was for my wife - very positive and happy with the noise-cancelling, comfort, and ability to mute my snoring significantly.

My daughter has concentration issues / gets easily disturbed by ambient or loud noises. I purchased a second pair for her after seeing what they did for my wife, and they have definitely helped.

I highly recommend this product - being a non-bluetooth, safe and effective noise dampening solution that truly helps with snoring as well as those who have issues with ambient noise / distractions.

Horrible customer service. The foam rubber ear buds ripped when I tried to remove. I contacted the customer service. Took a longtime for a response and they never sent replacement foam buds as promised. I requested a refund twice and got the run around. On top of all this they are really no more then regular earplugs. Stay away.

THESE WORK - especially if you are a light sleeper & your partner snores like he’s auditioning for a ‘snoring orchestra’ part most of the night!
I’ve found the DCBs are faded to virtually a whisper when I use my QuietOn 3.1 Ear Plugs with the correct size ear tip. Honestly, I’ve tried SO many over the years & none of them come close to the design, comfort, & efficiency of QuietOn.
Yes, they are on the pricey side but WELL WORTH getting the sleep you need to function.
Charge holds for a good amount of time too.
A good variety of XS S M L plug tips. My only criticism of this little product is personally, I have to be super careful handling the foam tips. They will spilt if not handled correctly, without finger nails near them.
Instructions & video of how to set up & use is very easy to understand.
And Customer Service is EXCELLENT. Quick to respond to queries & very efficient.

First of all, I was basically lied to. When discussing their return policy, I asked about a US location which I was assured existed. The problem is that returns don't go to the US office and you have to pay for international shipping if you want to return them. The two reasons I needed to return them were 1. They were too big for my wife's small ear canals. And 2. The didn't work out of the box. The return procedure is lengthy and freight was $40. I do not recommend this product nor anything else that this company offers.

Doesn’t work and for return take more than 1 month to return and after you need to wait more 14 days for have you money back! Ridiculous! Please don’t buy it!

The Quieton AirBuds have saved me! Snoring at night can be very annoying, in the end you sleep poorly and wake up tired. Thanks to Quieton 3 I can sleep better and wake up with charged batteries, they isolate you from noise and you can barely hear anything!

As a very light sleeper, with quieton, I can get a sound nights sleep. Not used every night but when the “noise” is too much, I put them in and able to snooze!
Took a few attempts to get correct foam tip size. I have been using for several years.

This saved my nights ! I live in a noisy appartement, next to gym club with early opening hours and my neighbour likes to play online games late at night. On top of that, I have a 9 to 5 job and a have trouble falling asleep, and cannot sleep without wax earplugs. I was skeptical at first but quite desperate to find something that would be more efficient at blocking noise. And the noise cancelation of these earbuds works so well. They block all noises that used to bother me or wake me up with my wax or foam earplugs. At first my ears felt a bit sore during the night but that feeling was gone after a few nights of use, and I am a side/belly sleeper. I was planning to only use them on some particularly noisy nights but I'm hooked now and wear them everything night, my wax earplugs can't compare no more. As a light sleeper, knowing you won't be disturbed at night is really priceless. Thanks you for coming up with this product.

Great sleepbuds for blocking out most of the noise, just wish the active noise cancelling is more stronger to bring complete silence

I have used quiteon 3.0 for over a year then immediately got the 3.1 when it came out. I really appreciate overall how it does not produce any stress on my ear or ear canal due to its small size. The 3.1 upgrade to the software providing that 10 second gap from a transparency mode to starting the noise cancellation is a great feature to show the difference in its ability to cancel noise. It is way better more than 2 times better at noise cancellation than the second generation air pod pros and way more comfortable to wear. I only wish similar to air pod pros that there could be a way to track these small earbuds in case I take them out in my sleep since they are so small that I have to take all my sheets off the bed and shake them out or look carefully around my bed. They are those extremely sturdy I imagine due to the small size and plastic material using small openings as I have no fear of it breaking from stepping on it or it dropping. Overall I highly suggest this for anyone and everyone.

Foam ear plugs are more comfortable and block sound better. I hoped these would cause less irritation of my ear canals than foam ear plugs but they cause more and I hear more when wearing them. I wish I could get my money back since these were very expensive.

I spent years looking for something to help me sleep. I suffer really badly from mysphonia and even the quietest breathing noises can make my adrenaline fire. It got to the point I had to sleep in a separate room from my wife, because nothing I bought blocked out the gentle purring enough.

Then I found these. I use them every night without fail, sleep better than I have in decades, and have been back in my own bed every single night.

Having anxiety has made it so the lightest sounds wake me up. I’ve tried both Bose sleep buds and QuietOn 3.0.
Absolutely the QuiltOn win hands down on blocking sounds. It helps me get great sleep. I’ve had these for almost two years now and they are my tried and true travel partner.

I bought a pair of the quiet on earbuds 3.1. I found that they work no better than any other noise canceling earbud and they will also provide Bluetooth sound.
I can’t recommend these at all. I am returning them and then found out that it’s going to cost me $40 to have them sent all the way back to Finland.
Save your money this, this is a very overpriced product that doesn’t perform as advertised.

I used to use earplugs that didn't fit well or didn't effectively block out noise during my sleep. Then, I came across Quiton earplugs in a review on Bright.nl and immediately ordered them. I have never regretted that decision. With the various foam tip sizes and fantastic noise-canceling capabilities, I now sleep through the night without the interruptions that used to wake me up multiple times before. They also work perfectly on flights. You can still hear some background noise, but it's no longer disruptive. Recently, I ordered the new foam tips, and they fit even better now. Highly recommended!
