Overall, I think that these are great, after I sent in for smaller tips for my ears and figured out to use different sizes on each side. I sleep with a tube neck pillow below my regular pillow, and that leaves a space where my ear does not press on the pillow when the buds are in and I am on my side. They do not block my partner's very loud snoring, but do a good job of blocking the constant rather loud sounds of his breathing. I am sorry that the product was upgraded to 3.1 not long after I bought 3.0

While their product did not work for me (it made my ears feel very plugged), their customer service was outstanding. They were helpful and responsive, and made my return very easy.

Having tried quiet on 3.1 for about a week now I wanted to post a review. I was initially underwhelmed by the performance. They where better than my previous earplugs Alpine sleep deep about £17 but not sufficiently to justify the price differential. However I found a post recommending swapping the foam earbuds for Sonicfoam premium noise isolating
Buds and the improvement was quit noticeable. An additional benefit is that they are also much more comfortable. They are £13 for 10 sets. Each set lasts a month. However they make the Quinton’s worth the investment. Quinton should really offer them. If your not prepared to fork out the extra for the better foam buds you might as well stick with something like the Alpine’s and save the money

Not a bad product but marketing and distribution questionable. Re taxes, rather than make a few small print excuses that you may of may not, be charged import VAT/Duty/etc., they could easily work this out, by Country, and export to you net of EU VAT. Instead, they charge you the EU taxes, and leave you to pay again, for your Country, on import. In the UK this is significant and you are left wondering what happened to the taxes they charged you in the first place. Are they just inefficient and paying this as an EU tax, or are they taking extra profit at your expense?

They simply don't work. The noise attenuation is minimal compared to simple foam ear plugs. Once they were fully charged, I put them in my ears and waited but no change in ambient noise. I've had a variety of noise canceling headphones over the years, so I know what to expect.

I am disappointed. Very disappointed.
I ordered them at least three weeks before going on holiday in September and yet they still hadn’t arrived before I went. Despite the website indicating they would be with me within a week.
When I returned from holiday, there was a note from Royal Mail saying they couldn’t deliver until I’d paid the £57 customs tax. That after paying £249.
I have now had them for about two months and sadly I cannot recommend them at all. They’re not uncomfortable and they’re charging correctly but they do not make a scrap of difference in noise cancelling.
In fact I can’t believe that I’ve paid so much, and for what?
I have given them to other members of the family to check that I’m using them correctly and they’re of the same opinion as me.
All the reviews on the website are positive and unfortunately they’re the only ones I read before buying. It’s taught me an expensive lesson

After several nights of interrupted sleep (my partner breathing too heavily, noises on the street, some funky ventilator system nearby working overnight, etc.), I've been able to significantly improve my sleep, and use them daily.

There was a minor technical issue with the case's light indicators, which was promptly solved by the company with a case replacement. I have nothing to complain about on how the company solved that issue, which was done effectively and fast.

There's always an initial period of getting used to sleeping with something in your ears, and sorting out which ear foam size is best for you, but I got it sorted out quite quickly.

The buds are really quite small and I have no issues sleeping on my side with them on.

As others have found, these pods are less than ideal. Especially at the premium price they cost.
Firstly the battery in the Right pod failed after 4 months, which I am waiting to have sorted under warranty.
Next is the foam plug sections only last about 2-3 months and replacements from Quieton are crazy money, plus crazy shipping costs. You can actually buy similar foam plugs on ebay by searching 3mm foam heaphone. I haven't tried yet but will do when mine are all in bits.

Finally the performance of the item is poor when it does work. Noise cancelling is no where near that of apple ipod pros and these cost more!
I am sure that the 15 seconds to silence thing is a gimmick/placebo. To me it seems they emit white noise when you first put them in and then after 15 seconds, that white noise stops, which makes you feel it is quieter but actually they are no better than $2 foam ear plugs.

These earbuds work for me. I haven’t found any other solution to my partner’s snoring and if I am awake and my mind is whirring these earbuds are not necessarily an infallible solution but most times they do make the difference between lying awake or sleeping on the sofa and a good night’s sleep next to my beloved wife. I have had them for nearly a year now and they work just as well as when they were new. The replacement tips are expensive which is a slight downside but overall I would definitely recommend.

Very expensive, don't work and very uncomfortable. I am currently trying to get my money back £249+£25 DHL shipment+£60 custom clearance.
Do not recommend at all. A bad product which now seem to difficult to return as well.

In my opinion it's an amazing product which are really good fixed ! The quality of the noise cancelling is what I expected.

This ear buds are exactly what I was looking for, no music, no complicated stuff, just silence for my good sleep. I've tried other devices before and this give me the peace that I needed

I purchased the QuietOn 3 two years ago. In January, the left earbud did not charge, and the company replaced it under warranty. A few months later, the right one also malfunctioned due to a battery issue, and it was also replaced under warranty. Today, once again, the left one has stopped working. It's disheartening that these expensive devices only last an average of 11 months.

For £310 including taxes I was hoping for something that would effectively block ambient noise but these ear buds were really disappointing. I’m actually struggling to understand what they offer other that a foam tube in your ears. I can hear my wife breathing in bed with them in so no chance against her snoring. I tried comparing their noise cancelling to my on-ear Sony’s and they’re not even close and absolutely no where near my old Bose Sleep buds. I tried changing the foam ear tips to a different size thinking I could achieve a better fit but no difference despite pinching/twisting etc. add to that the tips are made of a fragile foam which rip when trying to remove. Not a recommended buy.

In my experience, the noise cancellation was not as effective as I was expecting. I also found the foam ear-tips uncomfortable because of the sizes and material. The size S is a bit too big and causes irritation in my ear after wearing them for a night, however the XS size is too small and doesn't create a proper seal. I wish there was a more comfortable option for the ear-tips, and that the noise-cancellation was more effective.

I have a pair of Quieton3 ear buds that are 18 months old, and one ear bud stopped working properly (it won't charge). I logged this with QuietOn and instead of simply replacing the ear bud they offered me a 25% discount on a new one, which is still very expensive. I decided not to do this and instead look for a better quality alternative. For such an expensive product to only last 18 months is terrible. I would not recommend buying these.

My massive disappointment is not with the plugs. I haven't even got them yet. It's with the fact that although the website has a union jack on it, is in english, and gives the impression that this is a retailer in the UK.

This is NOT CLEAR AT ALL....and Queiton should make this visible so that people aren't conned by the British flag and english language website. This is completely unacceptable!!!

Decent. I've had the QuietOn 3 for 2 years now and at first I was unsure of them but over time got to like them. They do block out a fair amount of noise from outside and from neighbours too! They're maybe not absolutely perfect but certainly miles better than regular foam plugs. I work long shifts in a busy, fast paced, noisy restaurant, dealing with people all day which is great fun but I also and crave quietness and solitude when I finish and get home. Most of the my neighbours all now work from home since covid. These dull and muffle a lot of noise fairly well, like dogs barking, people talking, laminate flooring, radios etc. I use these almost every night and it really helps with my sleeping and feeling refreshed in the morning! Quite expensive initially but I've had mine for 2 years now and have helped me.
