POOR AND UNDERHANDED CUSTOMER SERVICE
I was cancelled with the insurance company quickhealth set me up with because of the state I live in. Without my permission I was rolled over into another company for health insurance and required to pay for an entire year of insurance instead of the normal quarterly payment I was previously making. I talked to 2 separate people letting them know I was not choosing to continue the insurance with their company and a very impatient "supervisor" informed me that I had no choice but to pay for coverage for another year because I didn't cancel with them AFTER 30 DAYS OF LAST YEARS BEGINNING COVERAGE. How can I be made to pay for this with no choice to cancel at any time? I was NOT yelling or arguing with this "supervisor " who must've had a bad week because she sure as heck wouldn't listen to me after claiming I wasn't understanding what she was saying. After trying to get my point across so I didn't have to waste her or my time I was informed that I had to listen to her or she was going to hang up on me. I was also told I had no right to dispute any charges or make any changes because they said so. I have no use for insurance with this company even if I wanted to continue, which I don't!!! In summery, DON'T SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY DO THINGS VERY UNDERHANDED AND BEHIND YOUR BACK.

The insurance wasn't even good as I couldn't use it for several months and never did
