All the good reviews are fake. Check google reviews- 28 (1) star reviews. Complete scam of a company. Pushy to sell, will demand your card info before you’re ready to decide on insurance. I prepaid for a years worth of insurance…2 months in they changed my insurance to a different plan/company w/o my consent. Fraudently charged about $4,500 that was not due at the time because I already prepaid for the year. Still have not refunded the fraudulent charge or the 10 months of unused coverage I prepaid for from the first plan. They are terrible people to contact they will keep transferring you and tell you different lies every time as an excuse. Every time I ask for a supervisor they put on a sales agent trying to trick me into signing another contract to take more money. Absolutely disgusting pathetic people, they should all be arrested. All the reviews say the same thing they are stealing everyone’s money and it messed up they’ve been able to get away with it this long. I will be reporting them to BBB and every other consumer protection agency I can find.

This company is scamming people. I was billed for a policy and then told I needed a to switch to a new one but would be refunded for the first one. I was never refunded and have been billed for 2 policies. I called the alleged insurance carrier who said my account was not set up and I need to speak with Quick Health. They'll all try to be friendly to get you to go away. They've taken thousands from me. They operate under various other companies QuickHealth (quickhealth.care) ABN Network (abn.network), Seguro Medico (seg-med.com), and Apollonia Health & Dental (getdental.today).

UPDATE: Tara was a great help. Hopefully this will be resolved. She is an asset to QuickHealth.
If I could not give any stars I would. Upon cancelling policy company employee told me how to write and email to her confirming we cancelled. Because it was written the way she told me it was denied and they continued to bill me. Now will not refund me due to this. No help given AT ALL upon calling them. No complaints option. No request for refund. Highly unsatisfying company. Horrible service. Would NOT recommend this crappy if you wanna call it a business. I call it thieves.

Horrible service, hide huge fees in the contract, rude to deal with. Look at Google reviews, 1 star. I tried to reach out but they locked me and would hang up on me. Give me number to call. Btw, they are becoming saguaro health or something like that so watch out.

I have been with Quickhealth for several years now and have noticed that communication (by phone) with the company has been easier, and quicker, in recent months.
I always appreciate clarity, promptness, and ease of use of a health membership.
Today’s phone conversation with Dessi was helpful for setting up a portal with the OptiMedHealth carrier.
In fact, all the Quickhealth employees I have ever spoken with have been polite and have tried to be helpful to me.
Although it does require time to navigate and clarify the particulars and parameters of my plan, phone clarifications and verifications do seem to work for me.
Any help given by the Quickhealth staff is always appreciated.

I have been trying since January 2024 to get a refund for being charged for 2 policies. Told it was filed, then filed again,would get email from carrier, an appeal sent out because I didn't want a credit. Then was told Insurance was changing names and got charged again. Was to be reversed back, but it hasn't. I'm getting no where with anybody.

Tara, Took the time to explain and attempt to get my refund processed. Unfortunately, I am still waiting now somewhere around 60 days for this refund.

So right after I posted the first negative review, I got a call immediately. Now they're saying they want my routing and account number to send a refund to. When I asked how much my refund would be she had told me it would be 600 something, even though I have been charged 877.94. She put me on hold and came back and said that the $125.00 was nonrefundable, lol regardless of that it would still be more than 600 something. Even if the 125 was nonrefundable it would still be a 752.94 refund amount. She then asked me to delete my initial review on here so they could continue working on it.. but it seems like this is the only way quickhealth will work on anything. I already filed fraudulent charges with my bank and am hoping my bank will get better results than what they are claiming to be 'trying' to do. I'm not sure who would give their account and routing number to these people, but I made the mistake of giving them my debit card information the first time and there is no way I am going to give them access to my entire account. This company is very sketchy considering they don't even have regards to what I was charged in the first place. Nor did anyone mention that 125 would not be refunded and I was told several times I would be refunded the full amount considering I canceled the account 3 days after opening it.

Horrible. Will not reply to emails or phone calls after I just sent money to have their service. BEWARE!!!!!

The biggest scam I have encountered in health insurance and that's saying a lot. We had this policy previously but were never informed that it did not include emergency care. Upon renewal time, they indicated that they had a new plan that would cover emergency care. We were supposed to be prorated with the remaining balance with our previous plan to be transferred to the new policy. They did not do this and charged my card for the full policy. We asked to cancel the policy two weeks later by phone. We then followed up with an email well within the 30 day time period. We repeatedly asked for a confirmation email which they did not provide. They they indicated it would be 30 days to receive our refund. Approaching the 30 day mark, we followed up and they now said they will not be processing our refund. Absolute scammers. Currently out 5500.00.

I cancelled QuickHealth insurance they continue to take money out on my Bank Credit Card. $598.00 in 2 days. They have done this 5 or more times in a year. They had me fix my recent experience so I could get a refund they owed me. The new charges happened May 16 and May 17th. Supposedly they escalated the ok to refund my money but you can't get a direct answer from them when you call them. It takes forever for them to answer the phone and if it is more than 20 min they hangup on you. Plus they don't cover much of anything. I would keep looking and not take a second look at QuickHealth.
Update—- as of July 15th no refund. I did have 2 employees call me stating that my refund was approved but still no refund. I have called numerous times and the say give it time! But poor poor customer service. I honestly wouldn’t even give them a one star….
today is Aug 13th..... still no refund. I turned them in to my bank as fraud. One of the gals did call twice stating they were trying to refund my money but.... as of today nothing. Please don't get involved with this company.

In September of 2022 I enrolled in their health insurance and paid for a year of coverage. In November of 2022 I got a new job and qualified for their health plan in January of 2023. On January 18 of 2023 I cancelled my policy with Quickhealth and was told I would get a refund of my unused premium. In May of 2023 they charged my credit card for another year of coverage that I was able to get my card to reverse the charge. After many calls it is now May of 2024 and still no refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!!!

I read a review by Jay O, and I agreed with him about QUICK HEALTH not giving back a refund on what was taken from our bank account. I feel more bad for him cause they took more money from him which for me was only $300. I'm still waiting. QUICK HEALTH, can we get our money back?

After 3 months of trying to cancel my policy and stop the e mails and text I finally had to put a hold on my card because no one was able to help. They just pushed me off. Kirby was great, nice and extremely helpful.

After the first conversation I had with
QuickHealth health dental and vision “insurance” IS 100% A SCAM. While being quoted prices for a policy I was disconnected from the company after which I received a text message saying QuickHealth planed to charge me for a policy. I chose right then not to do business with the company and There were two occasions I actually reached a human and was given nonworking number One occasion and told I would be contacted, but was more like blacklisted, and I assure you I was extremely respectful and on business. So since I’VE (UNSUCCESSFULLY) worked to contact QUICKHEALTH by CALLING multiple numbers, TEXTING, and @ multiple addresses EMAIL to cancel and fix the issue since December 30th 2023 today is May 16th 2024 and I have been charged at least $188.57 and contacted multiple times daily with text from the company attempting to collect more money on this policy as well as alerts from my account, informing me attempts to collect from this company!!!!! If anyone has any advice help help out!!!

This person spent a lot of time with me answering my questions, giving me information that she thought would be helpful later on. She was very pleasant, and I enjoyed talking with her and asking any questions I thought of off the top of my head.
