The public needs to be warned of this company. They stole $20,000 from my family. This company is loaded with very bad people who steal and defraud sick people who need medical coverage.
I needed coverage for trulicity which is very expensive. This was my only requirement in medical coverage. I bought a 9k plan. Turns out the medicine was NOT covered. I called back to cancel then the employee Jesus, Tara, and Albert talked me into buying another policy. They said I couldn’t pay the difference but I had to buy the new policy in full and they would refund me the old policy. I paid another 9k but no refund came.
They played games with the payments and got my bank account and credit cards on file. Turns out they took ACH transfers from my bank which is basically a money wire then they randomly took $1500 from my credit card which I have no receipts for and did not authorize. Altogether they took 20k and will NOT refund any of the money as promised.
Here’s the kicker my new plan they scammed me to buy still does NOT cover the trulicty. As of today I been off my meds for 4 months and my health has seriously declined and I have no way to fix this. They took all my money and gave me horrible coverage. They company prays on good people just trying to take care of there family’s. This company is sick, the receptionist is extremely rude and has no sympathy for the scammed, she told me basically I should be happy with the coverage they gave me and I was ranting and raving. We are going through the steps now to report the company to the government and local authority’s.

Follow up. Months later and this evil company still has my 20k and now I have no coverage . All I have is a RX discount card. Don’t let there little follow ups to negative reviews persuade you. It’s all lies. My insurance company “Optimed” refuses to do anymore business with Quickhealth so now I’ve had no insurance for months and my health has gotten very bad.
Jesus and Albert ran a scheme on me and stole everything. Everyone needs to contact the attorney general for PA and NY file under medical fraud and there are investigators already working the case but more people need to join. Supposedly the employees who are knowing doing this will be help criminally responsible.

scam. canceled my policy within 24 hours and still haven't been refunded my money after countless attempts. Its been 7+ months now. If I could give 0 stars I would. STAY AWAY

They double billed us. We took out the policy in Sept 2023 for a 12 month policy. The billed us again Feb 2024. Bank of America was able to get out second billing back. Then in April the told us Cambridge is no longer available in our state but could switch us to OptiMed if we paid another $2,016 but promised an $1,800 refund from Cambridge. It’s been 3 months without any progress.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

-100 100 stars for scam. I'm finally getting an lawyer at the request my bank. I have all the back up needed and recored phones from day one. I tried working with them but now I'm getting texts from them and different invoices from different company. So t and the rest of The crew who will not return my money. Legal fees will be on you and punitive damages at your cost. Watch for my letter.

I spoke with Brittany and she was so kind and patient with me. She helped me with the portal and my quest for the insurance cards to be mailed to me. It's so nice to deal with kind people who speak clearly and are easy to understand...and that is Brittany!

I purchased a policy in January 2023 and then cancelled it two days later. I requested a refund. It was a substantial amount of money. They did not refund my money until a year and a half later, when I hired an attorney. The attorney sent them a letter, and suddenly they reimbursed me the full amount. Do not engage with this particular company. If you are waiting on a refund, you should get lawyer to obtain it on your behalf. Nothing else I did was successful.

THIS COMPANY IS A HUGE SCAM!!!!
I enrolled in a health insurance plan with them back in May after doing further research I chose to cancel my policy the same day. The representative I spoke to when canceling was very rude and pushy trying to persuade me to keep the plan she then told me she couldn’t cancel the plan until I sent a email requesting the insurance to be canceled. Weeks passed and still no confirmation of cancellation or a refund. Here it is June and they have charged my card again for insurance they told me was canceled and still have not sent my refund. Everytime you call you’ll get a new rep or supervisor making up fake names, lying about cancellation and refund times, they will keep you on hold forever just to tell you more lies!!! Please do not give them any of your information or enroll. You will never be able to cancel your policy these scammers are making it impossible. I suggest anyone in the same situation as me get your bank involved and document everything these liars tell you!

This company is scamming people!!!!! Cancelled after 1 year (ending june 2024) and they charged for an additional year in January 2024. Called to get a refund and they said it was "very unlikely". Then they charged the yearly fee again at the end of the year policy. Calling them does nothing. They refused to send proof of cancellation as well. Also the charges are under 2 separate merchants, so you know its a huge scam. Terrible company
