I purchased a health plan and on the same day I asked for cancellation of my policy. I have followed up multiple times and have not received confirmation that my request was received and is being processed. I do not recommend this company.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Claimed that my doctor “should” take my insurance when my doctor didn’t. Also they continuously charged my card (I paid for six months). They charged me the next month the same amount and so they put in a refund and they didn’t give me a specific date so I assumed 7-10 business days and when that didn’t happen I called to ask what was going on. I spoke to a gentleman who told me by the end of that week I should get my refund. That didn’t happen either so I was told within 30 days I would get my refund. Then, when that didn’t happen I called and now it’s 30 business days which honestly makes sense. However, when even that didn’t happen they used the Microsoft crash as an excuse which again, I understand so I gave them an extra two weeks and it still didn’t happen. Mind you it’s been about 4 months and they charged me another 1500$ the other day. I had to get a new card - even though they claimed that they took the card off file. Not to mention that I got charged from a different department and I know that because it was the same company with a slightly different phone number. I tried calling them last night and was on hold for two hours. I’ve been on hold for the same amount today still with no answer. Not only am I out 5000$ and been super understanding and patient, but my credit score dropped. Please get your insurance from somewhere else.

I tried to cancel my insurance the SAME day signed up. Didn't do my research until after they debited my account. No help at all. Kept hanging up on me.

Well here we are again months later still no refund. Not one person has reached out to make things right avoid this company at all costs. They just take your money. I never received cards or any paperwork about my policy. That’s why I tried to cancel. They are pushy have no communication and when you try to call you get a busy signal. Scam scam scam. The attorney I talked to said I’m a victim of fraud. I hope this company gets what’s coming because I’m sure most of the ones dipped are in need of actual health care. I have cancer so it was to supplement for dental because Medicare doesn’t cover major dental. If you guys need supplemental insurance go with Humana. Screw this place.

EVERYONE- CONTACT YOUR STATES ATTORNEY GENERAL!! File a complaint. Your attorney general regulates fraud!

I bought health insurance with QuickHealth in January, 2024 and paid in full for a 12 months insurance. On June 21st, the company cancelled my full year insurance and attempted to charge me for another 6 month insurance without my authorization on the credit card information that they evidently kept on file from the original purchase. I called them and they told me that they will give me a refund for the six months of unused insurance but I will have to enroll for the six month remaining in the year. I did renew the policy for six months but when I called to get a refund b/c it wasn't forthcoming. In the end, I only received a five months refund b/c I didn't know that I was responsible for getting the refund instead of the company automatically refund due to their mistake!

To add insult to the injury, when I went to see a doctor and get a prescription filled about four weeks after the policy renewal but I was told that I don't have pharmacy and my doctor will not take QuickHealth insurance. I tried to call customer service and email to ask about the pharmacy benefit but got no answers. After all the fiasco, I decided to cancel this insurance policy and send an email as well as tried to call on August 9. I was told that someone will contact me in two weeks about the refund. Today, I called to ask about the cancelation and the refund, I was told that I am out of the 45 days window and will not get any refund! From June 24 to August 9 is 48 days. The agent on the phone yelled at me that I must take responsibility for my action that I signed a contract that gave me 45 days to cancel and I was too late to get any refund.

This company is good at taking your money, give you the run around and provide zero services that they promise. The first warning sign to me should have been that they gave me no physical address for their office location.

This company is a joke. They take your money but don’t pay the bills. I’ve been having to pay back bills that went to collections because they didn’t pay. Then when I called to ask about it they offered to refund my money on my policy and set me up with one that would be better coverage. So stupid me I did. But when I realized right away they weren’t paying for that one either I called and canceled my account and they said I would be refunded my yearly premiums I paid for and it would take a few weeks, I’ve been waiting 18 months and they owe me $$$$thousands. I can’t even get a hold of the supervisor or the assistant manager who gave me their direct numbers to call them. They won’t pay you or your doctor “STAY AWAY “ from these scam artist. They even have the stupid audacity to call email and text me trying to get me to get insurance from them again. Just stay away from them.

Seems like this is a "thing" for this company. Refunds NOT getting refunded. They owe me $4943.84 and they have ZERO intention on rectifying this. I have sent in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and now seeking legal action. Just like others seeking a refund, they are non-responsive after dozens of emails, phone calls, etc.

Previously wrote a review concerning the scam going on with this health Insurance co. Under the name of quick health, this is absolutely a scam apparently, according to them, our insurance was terminated weeks ago yet they are still trying to access money from our account. They’re constantly trying to pull money out. They’ve provided no health coverage whatsoever.!!! People do your research. We are now having to close our bank account due to this fraud.! I’ve contacted consumer affairs, Better Business Bureau, etc., to come to some resolution so this company can be under investigation! Scam!

This company and their staff should all go to jail for their lies . I have been waiting for 7 months for a refund. I don’t know how these reps work for company knowing they are swindling their customers. Hook and Bait is what the sales guys do Don’t trust Author who is the top guy he sells you the sky and delivers you dirt. Certainly he can’t fix any of your complaints when you have exhausted talking to every representative who is suppose to help you and promises they will take care of it-which they don’t write a negative review and they call you and promise to take care of everything if you remove your post. who the hell does that In y 40 years of working for Corporate America I have never dealt with such incompetence! I will say some of the reps were very nice, BUT no substance has come to fruition, so I take that as a driver from above to not resolve customers issues when it comes to getting your refund!

Since my last posting, Quickhealthcare, has fraudulently charged by CC for 3 additional unauthorized billings in the span of a few days, this in spite of being prepaid for months due to previous overbilling, that they have not yet resolved. Additionally, 2-3 months for which I paid coverage for were apparently not covered in any which way?? I reached out to the WHOLE TEAM at the beginning of July, and no one has had the courtesy to even get back to me, so criminal and intent to defraud charges are being filled this coming week.

this company has been taking my money for a premium in the amount of 131.98 for the past six months and I have been UNABLE to use it. Everytime I set an appointment for the dentist they tell me that my plan has been terminated. when I call quickhealth they inform me that my plan is active. There is some sort of glitch or issue on the end of quickhealth and they have failed to fix the problem for the past month now. This is my worst experience ever with any insurance company and I plan to let the go ASAP! horrible company and extremely bad customer service.

Fast and friendly, my issues were solved within ten minutes.
