Horrible acounting & payment process -
They have been struggling with their payment portal company for more than a year. Since I started in April 2022, I have been billed monthly for a quarterly payment and had to request a refund. I then upgraded my plan to a 6-month payment and they still billed me monthly and I'm waiting 6 weeks for a refund. They claim it is not their issue but the payment company.
QuickHealth - What a Scam
Still waiting for someone at QuickHealth to contact me regarding my requests for refund. For a company who made all the mistakes on their side which caused me to not have the coverage I purchased, they sure don't want to give the money back. I have proven to them that they made all the errors and that I no longer want to do any business with them, that all I want is to get my funds back and all I get is crickets. They sent a letter which I forwarded to my credit card company BUT because they had also told my credit card company that the purchase was valid, even though the letter they sent was after that, my credit card company wants something a bit more specific in order to process my dispute/refund in the amount of $11,926.31. I have sent emails to them requesting an updated letter, but haven't heard anything.
I also proved to them that they had received $13,699.69 on 4/30/24 but due to their error - they did not update the file and change the account number, so they cancelled my policy as if I had paid them nothing.
I have also been paying out of pocket for any medical expenses incurred during the time I thought I had coverage through QuickHealth which has gotten close to $1,000. So they have managed to scam me and create losses for me for this year of over $25,000.
I have filed complaints with the BBB, FTC, and Pennsylvania AG's office. The person I spoke with at QuickHealth tried to get me to believe that they are not supposed to speak with me since I have filed these complaints, however, there is no such statement or evidence of that in fact what I have found is that I am to continue trying to work this out with QuickHealth. I just want them to do the right thing and give me my money back as they have FAILED to provide me with the product they sold me.

Absolute pos
Absolute pos! I am diabetic and these scumbags lied about it covering my medication. Took 1300 of my money with the promise I would be able to get my insulin with in 2 days. My company shut down so I lost my insurance. I can't even afford my medication because they took what I had saved. I am so upset and worried about what will happen to my health until I can find coverage. I have been begging for a refund. The people I have spoken with and gotten absolutely no where. What kind of people do this to others.

Need a zero star option!
Sure wish I had read the reviews before getting robbed of $5100, possibly more!! I was promised a refund for a cancelled policy in 10-15 business days. It's been over two months now and there has been no change. I've paid twice for my current policy and, after reading reviews from others, I am skeptical that I have any coverage at all. This is not a claim dispute or complicated matter. I was billed a second time to remedy an issue they created with duplicate member IDs and now I'm into this company for over $10,000 and cannot get a straight answer from anyone. Unethical company!
Worst company ever, do not purchase from them!
NO STARS! I purchased this insurance under the pretense that all of my doctors were covered under the plan. I gave them all of my doctors names and medications and they confirmed. I paid the premium in full, received the plan information, spoke to a few of my doctors who said they did not accept the plan, cancelled the next day and have been waiting for my refund since August 17, 2024. I checked my credit card statement today, December 11th, and they have put through another charge to my card. I am disgusted with this company. They have been promising me a refund since August. They said it takes 30 business days yet they have not done nothing except send me emails and text messages to reinstate my policy! BEWARE, DO NOT USE THIS BROKER!

DO NOT buy insurance from this unethical company
Please! DO NOT make the same mistake that I did.... DO NOT buy insurance from this company. These guys are frauds!!! I paid in full with my credit card for an insurance policy in July 2024, it was supposed to begin August 1 2024 and last until August 1 2025, only to find out when I went to use it that the policy was nonexistent. I contacted Quick Health/Seguro Medico multiple times from when I discovered the policy was non-existent in August to the present. I spoke with numerous customer service agents, compliance officers, and even the vice president. Everyone I spoke with told me that my money would be refunded via e-check, "right away". It is now almost 4 month later and instead of refunding my money, 2 weeks ago, they charged my credit card for another almost $7000! I had to cancel the credit card. Meanwhile, they continue to email and text trying to get me to take out a "better policy". I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and the Washington State Insurance Commissioner and Attorney General. In doing so, I discovered they have been fined $100,000 by the Insurance Commissioner of Washington State for unfair and fraudulent business practices and they are not allowed to sell insurance any longer to Washington State residents. Too bad I didn't know that before I bought the fraudulent policy. They also have a F rating with the Better Business Bureau. Do not fall prey to this unethical company!

Too bad there isn’t a zero 0 Star option. I recently gave a great review back in June about speaking with numerous employees. So much has changed. This was before I knew they have over $10,000 of my money and I have no insurance and now when I call, they read a script and never have a solution. They deny everything, even though I have written documentation from them. RUN from this company!!! If you find a product you like, go directly to the company and not through this agency who gives excuses, has no answers or resolution, and gives you false documents. ZERO COMMUNICATION! All they can say is “ I don’t know and that’s not my problem or department. Will never let you talk to higher ups and they never return calls or emails, but they were persistent to get MY money and contest charges when they in fact told me (have letter) to dispute charges. Then they send a letter they contested in error, and dispute again, contested again. SCAM!
Blackmailed to take down my review
The woman I worked who “helped” me in the short time I was with QuickHealth lied to me repeatedly in the process of trying to take down my bad review. She made me(false) promises, and so I took it down. When I tried to contact her again over the following weeks, every single time it would go to voicemail. So I left another review, saying how I was appalled she would lie to me and then ignore my calls. And then finally, one call went through. Her customer service voice turned nasty and she started blackmailing me, saying if I did not take down my review she would “no longer help me” get my refund when I had been triple charged in the two months I was with this company. I find it very funny in these reviews that the positive ones are allowed to name names. I gave the name of my customer service representative in my review, and it was flagged to be taken down. However it seems that the positive reviews are allowed to involve specific names.

I hate that I have to give a star. I feel they scammed me out of $7500. I was told I could get a refund in 2 days, then 10, then 30. Its been 34 business days. I have called daily and was told they'd call me back. They never do. My son is sick and possibly has cancer. They don't seem to care that they didnt give me insurance but took my savings. Our family is devastated. I've tried so hard to get our money back. I wish I knew about all the legal issues the CEO, VP and sales members have. I had ignorant hope until I read these reviews. How can they legally get away with this??? Has anyone gotten their money back? I'm happy to change my review. I just want them to make it right.

I wish -10 was possible. We have changed the policy twice because QuickHealth (which also uses names like Seguro Medico and Benefits Now LLC) told us the first plan lacked hospitalization. We requested a refund for the first policy and was told to dispute the charge with my credit card company because we did not receive any paper or cards nor use the policy. We did not have policy two even two weeks when new emails and texts said the policy was flagged because of an issue and we needed to change it. Before allowing them to change the policy again I demanded refunds for the first and second policies. I was sent an email guaranteeing a refund in 7-10 days. Never got them. I have called, emailed and texted about the refund numerous times and have received promises of refunds but I have not seen a cent of the 8,000+ dollars we paid in good faith. And we are currently getting emails and texts that we need to make changes to the third policy. Untrustworthy company that bills you day one but does not refund. A pure bait and switch operation. The only positive reviews are from people who finally got refunds. I would give a positive review if I saw a refund for the money they took over the last 3 months for 3 useless policies. The date of refund promises started 9/25. There are numerous dates besides that one. Still waiting and hoping this company would do the right thing.

This company it absolutely scamming people. I have tried to get my money back after they sold me a second plan (which I also cancelled) to replace the original policy. Neither plan covered my pharmaceutical needs, even after assurances from Quick Health that those specific requirements were covered. They owe me over $8600. I have been requesting a refund since March. I spoke numerous customer service representatives and even the COO. I was assured that I would receive a refund in the form of an e-check. No refund was ever forthcoming. Even more outrageous, Quick Health has twice tried to access my credit card, charging $7,500 each time. Fortunately, my bank clawed back the fraudulent charge the first time; the second attempted occurred after I had changed my card so the attempt to charge my card $7,500 failed. No permission was given to Quick Health to make these charges and the attempts were designated as fraudulent transactions by my bank.
DO NOT GET HEALTH INSURANCE from these grifters.
I have filed a formal complaint with the insurance commissioner from my state. This company needs to be stopped immediately. They also use another name for their business. Seguro-Medico. They have an F rating with the BBB and have refused to respond to my BBB complaint file last month. Stay away from them.

Quick health is a horrible insurance company. I applied in December 2022 and I cancelled two weeks later by phone because I found a better insurance company. These idiots started charging my credit card a year later in December 2023 claiming it was for renewal . I closed down that account before they could take any more money. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB. They told me I had to cancel by written request which is bull because i cancelled by phone and they did not say or send me an e-mail stating I had to send something in writing. This is not over I'm taking legal action against this insurance company. They are scum!!!

This company has been promising me a refund for six months. They consistently pass you on to someone else until they try to sell you another policy. Contacting the company that they supposedly had me insured through had no record of me. Then they called and tried to get me to give more money for a new policy with the promise given the money that was owed me in the first place. I believe one representative tried at one point but has given me nothing but silence for two months. The sales agent has shown me nothing but dishonesty.

They issued me fake insurance card. Insured did not have my data and my insurance number is not on the system. I deal with this 4 month and still nothing. Signed in end of August. Today is almost end of December.
Today 2-21-24 they still did not refund my money.
Only fake promises. Promised for refund December 2023. They promised me again to refund me fully in beginning of March 2024 but today 3-13-2024 they fraudulently charged me again more than 2600. I was able to stop this payment thanks to my bank.
Today 3-25-2024 QH manager suddenly said they do not own me any refund (same that they promised me 4 months ago and many times thereafter).
Today 3-27-2024 they again tried to extract more money ($2600) from my credit card.
Please stop this scam company.

6-13-24 Still no refund. This is biggest criminal company in health insurance area. They have no accent when speak on the phone. They never confirm anything by email after initial subscription. No traces. only empty promises every time. I recorded some conversations for evidence for further lawsuit. Helth commissioners have to step up, ban and investigate Quick Health fraudulent behavior and put them out of business and many people behind bars.

I was really not happy with the…lack of communication
I was really not happy with the customer service I received. This company had the worst follow up when it came to communication. I thought it was strange I wasn’t given a policy number, but was told to wait two weeks for the medical cards to come
In. I waited two weeks and never received any documentation showing that I was even insured. Then when I called the agent that sold me the policy to just ask for a policy number, he never called me back. I left him two voicemails. Another week went by and when I still DID NOT RECEIVE ANY PAPER WORK OR POLICY NUMBER INDICATING I WAS INSURED. Then I took it a step further and reached out to another person via the number on seguros web site to again, obtain a
Policy number. No one ever called me back. I had no other choice but to contact my credit card company and report it as fraud because to be honest, that’s what it seemed like to me. I paid 2300 dollars for an insurance policy that no one would give me information or paper work on, and even worse no one would call me back so I could tell them I needed this information. I was actually afraid that I did get scammed because of the sheer lack of communication and the fact that no one could provide me a policy number.
I wouldn’t recommend Seguro. And I certainly will not be using them again. This is not the way you conduct business. Especially when selling someone health insurance. please think about changing some of your protocols in handling new policies moving forward
