I've been working with Kirby to help me get my reimbursement back so I can pay my medical bills on my own and she is good about reading my emails and calling me and giving me updates on the reimbursement of the $7000.00 due back to me. Not many go to the lengths to help people as she does.

If I could do a minus 5 I would
If I could do a minus 5 I would, I agreed to take down the negative review couple weeks back, on the promise that they will get my refund the overpayment of $1505.91, I paid for two months, and notice that extra payments came out. The person I talked to about this issues told me there was a problem with the phone system and it was sending out messages about late payment. The person gave me a email address that didn't work and I still get email asking to reply y to have my insurance back. I DO NOT WANT IT AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. IM TRIED OF GETTING SWITCHED FROM ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER PERSON ON BEING TALKED WITH RUDELY LIKE I DID SOMETHING WRONG. GIVE ME MY REFUND.
