Abysmal !
Abysmal !! Paid for express service & was told images not acceptable BUT then told images were not opened! Requested refund & have only received a short email of " refund to store credit" with absolutely no explanation of how to access it ! Lousy slow customer service, and I'm currently out over £40 with no print & no refund .

I’m sorry to hear about your experience and I want to clear up the confusion.
The refund has been processed as store credit, which is active on your account right now. When you’re logged into your account and go to checkout, you’ll see the option to apply this credit as a payment method, it works just like a balance you can spend on any new order.
Regarding the images, the files we received were unfortunately in a corrupted format, which meant we weren’t able to open them on our end. That’s why we reached out to request alternative images before proceeding with your artwork.
If you'd prefer we can also transfer this balance to a gift card which has a code you can use at checkout. I've sent a follow up email for you to review.
Hope this helps and again we apologise for the lack of clarity.

Not what I expected at all
I must have ordered from a different company for my daughter. I bought her two pics of her cats with royal outfits and they came as canvas prints. This one I just ordered is just a picture. Not happy that I paid that much for a photo. Much happier with my previous purchase

Fell In Love
At first I wasn't sure what to expect until I saw the preview. I just fell in love with it and when I received my framed picture through the post I couldn't believe how great it looked ❤️.
The company done a fantastic job with the picture I sent. I sent a few and I knew the quality wasn't great but they managed to make it look fabulous.
I have already recommended this company to friends and family and said they will not be disappointed in anyway what so ever.

Came folded and creased
The picture looks great but shipped to New Zealand folded and creased just isn't good enough for the cost. Wouldn't be hard to roll and send in a poster tube.

Thank you for your feedback. We send some of our prints flat when possible, as rolling them into a tube can make them difficult to flatten out due to the thickness of the paper. Of course, if your item has arrived damaged, we’ll happily replace it for you. Please send a couple of photos of the damage to help@purrandmutt.com
and our team will get a replacement sent out straight away.

Disappointed with the level of carelessness.
I ordered a framed print with my dog in female attire. I waited the maximum advertised wait for the proof (5 working days, 7 days including the weekend) to receive a proof of my dog in male attire... not the one I ordered. After requesting the changes, I then received a rushed proof version of the correct attire but with an oddly oversized hat not fitted to my dog's head. I then had to request another change to fit the hat properly, as per the advertised example. So disappointed to wait all this time for two careless mistakes and have to further wait to see if finally done correctly with care. Also, no reply to the email I sent and no telephone number to call.
I had wanted to order a canvas using a different image but have been so disappointed thus far that I am reluctant to order again and will instead try a different company. This situation could have easily been avoided with care and attention on both occasions and as this is a gift for my daughter, I am worried it will not arrive in time.
Edit: Now received a proof of the hat appropriately sized as asked but hat now randomly slanting at an angle which is neither as per the advertised image nor in line with my dogs head position and now covers her dominant eye in the image... she looks dishevelled with a hat hanging off at an odd angle! I couldn't be more disappointed. Really wish I could just cancel and receive a refund. Now waiting for proof number 4 and hoping for no more careless, rushed or random changes. So frustrating! Also just noticed the reply from Purr and Mutt below... I can assure you the hat was oddly oversized, far above the advertised example and looked completely out of place and rushed... not a matter of personal taste!

I’m really sorry about the mix-up with your order, we know how frustrating it is when you’re waiting on something special, especially as it’s a gift for your daughter. The first proof was sent with the wrong attire and that’s completely on us.
Just to explain, you sent the same request both by email and through our proofing page. To avoid doubling up, we replied directly on the proofing page and sent your updated preview there.
The hat design is usually made a bit oversized for that classic look, but we totally understand it comes down to personal taste. That’s exactly why we offer unlimited revisions. The new preview has now been sent over with the hat adjusted, and we’ll happily make any more tweaks you’d like until it’s spot on.
