Tried it on a whim- so happy I did! Site has a simple interface; I uploaded 2 separate pics and tried a few iterations before finding a side by side dog “painting” I loved. The finished canvas arrived as expected and is great quality. It’s the perfect gift!

The service was great and did not have to wait long for my picture to be delivered so many people have said how lovely it is.

The web site was easy to navigate and shipping was fast. The picture I got is better than I expected it is amazing. The hardest part about the whole process was getting a good picture of my dog to submit. I will definitely let all my dog loving friends know about Fido and Frame.

I cried when I opened the pictures, they really brought our dogs to life.

Garbage customer service, as all you get is a bot. Was promised a package with a bogus tracking number. They said it will be replaced asap. Still no order, or any talking to a human about the order. Based in Italy. They will take your money and deliver nothing. 1 star is being nice!!!

Can’t believe people are giving this company 4and 5 star reviews. So so disappointed with the service I have received after ordering a canvas for a Present for my daughter’s birthday. Have received several responses from the AI bot, we have become best friends 😁. Promised me email updates for the last 3 days but no response. My daughter’s birthday has now passed and I’ve had to buy her another present. They don’t do refunds so avoid this company like the plague 😡😡😡😡

Any corrections that needed to be done, were accomplished in a very timely manner. The end result of the picture of our beloved boy was perfect.

I was so surprised at the quality of work this company did on my dog's canvas portrait! I don't know how to thank you so I'll just say it.... thank you! My dog passed a year ago April and I still mourn him, so this portrait honors him 🐾❤️

I’ve been dealing with this company for weeks. They’ve messed up my order twice, and are now prolonging fixing it. Their AI contact support repeatedly says my complaints are being raised to human attention and nothing comes from it. Getting ready to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and others.

The whole process was so easy from start to finish. Delivery was excellent and I love my three canvas prints. I will definitely order again.
