I appreciate the customer service from Emanuele when i thought my shipment was lost/not sent! The items were good quality items i really like!

Edit: Customer service did reach out to facilitate an exchange or refund, and they were very quick to respond to my concerns and get my order sorted, so I am happy about that! Since that was my main issue, I’ve amended my review to reflect that my concerns were taken seriously.

Have been trying do a size exchange, for a month with no contact from their customer service! Read their return policy it says you need to contact them and then they provide you a return, but only if they reply!

These clothes are awesome! They fit according to the size chart, too, which is a huge plus. The packaging was perfect, compact, and really well done. Customer service is awesome, I had to correct part of my address that got left off from the autofill, and it was taken care of fast.

I received each piece of clothing once, but I ordered 1 item twice. So 1 piece is missing.
The package came with a big slash in it, and the skirt was kind off glanced over (by the slash), but I didn't notice it after ironing it. For the missing piece of clothing, I've filled out their contact form, but have not received a refund / replacement or any information at all after 2 weeks.

My second order at punkrave went ABSOLUTELY GOOD!
Thanks to the hard work of Emanuele and the whole support team who provided me with good, up-to-date informations and helped through my first order and this second one, the whole process went and felt really good, and in the end i have a coat that I'm SUPER happy with!
In addition to being one of the coolest and best gothic brand out there (especially for men, not a lot of fancy stuff exist in this style), they absolutely have the BEST support team! Huge thank you to them all, and can't wait to get other clothes from Punkrave!

Had an issue with my order and got a partial refund; the customer service employee was friendly and responses very quickly.

I ordered a coat that ended up delayed in shipping due to production issues. It happens I wasn’t worried but I was contacted immediately by Emanuele and over the next several days got the best customer service I’ve ever received. I haven’t even received the coat yet (though I have other punk rave clothes and they’re great so I’m not worried) and I want to give Emanuele and the team 6*s if I could.

I bought a coat and is wonderful! The service is very good too. I'm very happy and recommend the store 1000%

Made two orders. First one arrived rather fast and the articles are amazing. Second one : radio silence, nothing got shipped. Order is pending for the last three weeks. I've tried contacting the support through 3 different means (official email, PayPal email and Facebook/Messenger) and got no reply whatsoever. Will I have to open a Paypal dispute? This feels like a game of Russian roulette to me. Of course I checked my spam folder and nothing from them in there either.

Edit : So I'm modifying my review. I did manage to get in touch with the support almost instantly after writing this review and didn't have to open a Paypal dispute. Since one of the articles was out of stock, the order wasn't dispatched. However, it seems that their emailing system is faulty as I didn't receive any info regarding this. They said they sent an email, but they didn't provide any proof of it (I triple checked my inbox and spam folder and there was nothing in there). I got a partial refund (value of the missing article) and the rest of the order got sent through express shipping. I have received the package a few days ago and the articles are perfect as usual.

Everything arrived safely, but a bit later than expected. At first I couldn't track my order but I got a lot of help from customer service.
Each item were gorgeous and high quality, so I am very satisfied. Maybe it would have been better if I sized up with the corset I ordered (because I have a wide rib cage), but that's on me.

I recently attended the Ren Faire and fell madly in love with a cloak.
$495.
FOUR HUNDRED NINETY FIVE MF AMERICAN DOLLARS.
The pain I felt walking away from that masterpiece of a cloak was legit physical.

6d10 emotional damage.
2d10 physical.

My husband scoured the internet for wayy too long searching for this cloak and eventually, a reverse image yielded results.

I found ~5 of them, all over the world. Purchased it, for significantly less than cost at Ren Faire.
Was emailed afterwards:
"sorry, this was actually out of stock"
Refunded.
Cried.
Found another one in Norway.
"does not ship to the USA"
Found one in Japan:
"does not ship to the USA"
Purchased one from another similar site:
"actually out of stock"

FINALLY. The LAST CLOAK available was from Punk Rave. Was even less expensive that the others!!
I purchased it and did a dance when I didn't immediately receive an email "actually out of stock" or "we don't ship to the states"

Waited as patiently as I could for a response to my email asking if this was something they actually had.

The delightful, prompt, and ever-so-kind Emanuele sent a response asking if I was willing to wait for this to be manufactured and sent to me. However, it would be mid-November.
Otherwise, he would refund or exchange my item, even offering to cover the cost difference for whatever item I chose. D*:
This guy is soo nice and..just.. understood.

At this point, the emotional rollercoaster of seeking my magical cloak was becoming a bit too much. So I told Emanuele I'd wait until hell froze over.
I'd be missing out on key costume pieces for Halloween and 2 other parties.
But I DIDNT CARE.

In the end, I'm wearing this cloak RIGHT NOW, it is November 1st and I received this item a week ago!
They got it to me. In all it's majestic fluffy glory. 5 days before Halloween.

I was soo happy to unbox this..I might have cried.

Great prices, and this cloak is HIGH QUALITY. LEGENDARY.
I passed it around the party last night and EVERYONE's face changed when they put it on. Squeals of joy and relaxed shoulders all around.
It's soo substantial and rich, they said it felt like a weighted blanket.
It's warm without being hot or sweaty.

This was being sold for $495 at Ren Faire and I STG if I didn't find it here at Punk Rave, I was going to go back for it.

It feels worth $495 to a severely broke person, if that doesn't accurately describe quality for you than I don't know what else to say :P

I didn't fit in the size I ordered and they were super helpful in helping me get an exchange

I ordered a wrong size and Emanuele was very helpful to change that and also when the package was a bit late he did everything that I receive the item soon. Best customer service I ever had!

Everything was ok! Just a time delay of shipping that wasn’t expected. The assistant Emanuele was very kind when I ask about the situation of my order.

Very helpful and quick to respond. Received full refund without any issues.
