Punk Rave is a well-known brand that produces beautiful, good quality clothing. Unfortunately, the garments tend to run small and it is difficult for thicker people to find something that fits. The plus size category in this online store finally provides a remedy. I ordered the same top in two sizes to try on and am relieved that it worked so well. The top is very nice, the shipping was completely hassle-free, the return shipment was also very smooth and the customer service is very nice and fast. If I find something that fits me again, I will order again!

Sehr freundlicher und schneller Kundenservice. Jedoch nur in Englisch. Wer hiermit Probleme hat, sollte es vorher wissen. Ansonsten absolut nett und wirklich schnell im Antworten.

Quando ho avuto da fare qualche richiesta (come per es. un reso ecc.), mi sono interfacciato con Emanuele dell'Helpdesk, ch'è stato sempre gentilissimo e presente. Ad ogni modo, Punkrave, potrebbe migliorare sul sistema delle spedizioni, per accorciare le tempistiche in generale.

Started out not so good, because our package never showed up because it was sent to the wrong address. We were in contact with FedEx who sent it back without really giving us any notice.
We forgot about it, and about 4 months since the failed delivery passed until we reached out Punkrave's customer service.

Even after such a long time they were super helpful and offered to either send another item or our money back. They answered really quickly, and if I had been quicker to respond the whole thing could have been resolved within one day.

We bought this awesome kilt, but chose the wrong Size. Even so the order was already too long ago, we could still send it back and get a bigger Size without any trouble. Thank you!

My package was returned to the shop because of a mistake at my local delivery service. I contacted Punk Rave helpdesk via the Returns/Exchanges/Refunds page on the website. They responded quickly via email and within 2 days the item was shipped again with a new tracking number, no additional shipping charges or complications at all. Thank you!

Intanto non hanno fornito un tracking, poi non rispondono.
Merce non pervenuta.
Ho avviato la segnalazione alla polizia postale ed alla Finanza. Questi siti devono chiudere, oltre che usare un marchio di fama probabilmente contraffatto.
Non acquistate online.
