bought 3 items, a skirt, shorts and leg warmers. literally waited ages to receive them and when received they all fit a little small so tried to return (the order was £150 and desperately wanted the money back) only to get weak communication in response. i ended up losing a little weight so kept the items and wore the £90 ish leg warmers out ONE TIME and there’s already a big hole in them. the other items r fine so far but honestly so disappointed in the experience with this brand after hearing so much good stuff

I placed an order with them on January 7th. When it didn't arrive, I emailed them and they replied that it was in customs. I've emailed them again to ask for an update on the order status or to request a refund, but they haven't responded. I wouldn't recommend them anymore.

I had a few issues with the shipping company, so I contacted the shop's staff for assistance multiple times and they were very nice and understanding all the time, and helped to make sure that the package arrived safely. The clothes were very pretty, just like in picture; they are the right size, the fit is just correct, they feel good when worn. Nothing to complain about!

It feels like proper clothing meant to last, not just for a photoshoot. The detailing is precise and matches the photos perfectly.
Shipping was faster than expected, too. If you want to manifest your inner shadow externally without looking like you raided a Halloween store, this is it. Highly recommended.

I had an issue with the size and wanted to exchange it. It went really good, I was in touch with a nice lady from the customer services, she advised me on my questions. I could exchange it with no problems, except, the bigger size was sold out, i had to wait a month to be produced again but then it arrived quickly. The whole time i was in touch with the same person from customer services, so I didn’t have to worry about it getting into oblivion.

Besides, I ordered the unmelted snow coat. The material is great. It is good for cold days above zero degrees celcius. I haven’t tried it yet under zero degrees celcius, but it shouldn’t be a problem. I bought the coat one size bigger, so it can fit a thicker sweater underneath it. The coat is really pretty, I definitely recommend it. It’s the second time I bought from Punk Rave, and both times i am satisfied with the delivery and the quality itself.

I was afraid I wouldn't get my item on time because DHL took a week before getting updated, but it ended up arriving without any delay !
I ordered a dress and the details are insane, it fits me perfectly and even if it's a bit pricey I think it's completely worth it.
The customer service was flawless as well and managed to reassure me and take things into action. Emanuele answers very quickly and always with a friendly tone.

The clothing from Punk Rave is well made and very different. You can definitely find something that suits looks you want to create. I had an order issue and Punk Rave handled it perfectly without any issues. I will purchase from Punk Rave again.

This shop can supply goods other can't, e.g. Spherix Coat. Things arrive within a very reasonable time. Customs to the EU, if applicable, seems to be prepaid by the sender. .

I had an item missing from my order, the service team was very quick in helping me replace it with no hassle or extra cost!

Sur le site en ce moment , "LIVRAISON GRATUITE pour toute commande supérieure à 50 EUROS DANS LE MONDE ENTIER !" C'est faux, j'en ai pris pour 60 euros et ai du ajouter des frais d'envoi à hauteur de 15 euros, lorsque j'ai contacté le SAV à ce sujet en français et en anglais, je n’ai obtenu aucune réponse.
De plus, le chemisier que j'ai commandé est plein de particules de plastiques qui continuent de tomber même après 3 lavages. Pour le prix que j'ai payé, c'est une honte.
