I ordered a dress and I am extremely happy with it. They held the predicted delivery time and provided fast answers to all my questions. Upon request my issue with my tracking number was fixed within a day.
No complaints!

Returns Suck!

Got a vest that was not sized appropriately according to their size chart/measurements. I sent the vest back (at my expense) over a month ago and the company still has not resolved the refund. I have been going back and forth with a gal named Nina from Punk Rave and she just keeps running me in circles. Was a fan of their clothing, but will not be purchasing again after this fiasco.

Pretty good customer support. My order didn't arrive yet customer support was able to help and i got my order delivered.

I always choose PunkRave products which make my wife smile every time. Customer Support is top notch and was able to take care of an issue with my order with ease.

Toujours aucun remboursement reçu sur mon compte pour la commande renvoyée en septembre... Il ne suffit pas de mettre remboursé sur le site mais aussi de faire le virement et de le prouver. Je confirme donc que le SAV est catastrophique comme le disent les autres commentaires! Et en plus ils ont essayé de supprimer mon post pour pas que ca se voit...

Modification de l'avis : j'ai eu un retour de leur service client qui m'aurait envoyé un remboursement mais aucun remboursement reçu depuis plus d'une semaine malgré les vérifications de ma banque...

N'effectue pas les avoirs quand il y a un retour produit malgré un retour par colissimo avec signature. Et surtout ne répond pas au mail quand je demande des explications pour le non remboursement des produits. Faites très attention lors des commandes.

Very cool styles with great detail! Everything arrived safely and I'm super happy with it, will shop there again. Sizing is sometimes a bit weird so size up and check each size chart first and the information they have on their website.

Hmm my experience with this store was okayish to good. I really love the variety of clothes they offer, all beautiful designs. I am also very happy with the dress I got. I gotta be fully honest tho, the quality is good to okay. The material is nice and seems somewhat durable but there were a few threads hanging here and there, and when I opened the package a rhinestone has fallen out of the dress, but those are all quickly fixable issues so not bad tbh. The customer support is mid. The speed of replies varies and they’re kind of unprofessional in terms of grammar. Their emails were completely in lowercase letters and they wrote in a rather colloquial language. All in all okay tho. The package came within 11 days of placing my order instead of the promised 6-10 days which is also not a big problem and still fine.

Their items are very good quality and definitely worth the price. I have never purchased from another online company with better customer service and communication. They were very sufficient with responding to my emails on time so there was no stress in my shipping problems. Although shipping is usually great. It actually comes within 6-10 days!

I've just become a big fan of PunkRave.ch

Partly because most of the clothes I ordered are TOTALLY AWESOME, but also because I had to return a couple of items and they made it so easy.

I dropped them a line, they sent me a label to print out, Royal Mail picked up the package from my door, and a couple of days later the lovely-seeming Emanuele there issued the refund.

It makes me wonder why all other companies can't make things so easy? And certainly encourages me to buy from them again with confidence.

To the point where I even got round to writing this review!

Excellent products but as it arrived at my home, the style just doesn't fit me as I was searching for something more rock than gothic.
So I sent the products back and Emanuele was very kind, full of advices and refund me as expected.
So, it's an excellent webstore with excellent contact.

Ordered a coat which couldn't be delivered in time for Christmas because of the huge demand. Had a great experience with the custumer support (Emanuele) which guaranteed an express-delivery as soon as the coat was in stock again and even offered me another quite similar coat from a retailer for a smaller price, since it was a mannequin-model. Even though the coat arrived some months later, I can't blame anyone at Punkrave for that. The quality of the coat is outstanding and the size shown on the homepage was on point. A late but absolutely amazing christmas gift for my wife.

For a bit, I'd say I've had pretty negative customer service experiences and got used to it being the norm. However, my experience with Punkrave customer service, namely Emanuele, was understanding instead of accusatory, and they wanted to work with me to find a solution. Good customer service reps like Emanuele are so rare, and I will absolutely continue to support this brand moving forward and telling others to do so as well.

So, I just took a review down because I got a bunch of emails saying that Punk Rave had flagged my previous post for defamatory content. I kind of panicked thinking maybe I'd posted on the wrong brand...
Turns out I didn't, so I'm going to elaborate on what i said and hopefully it will be better recieved, instead of them immediately trying to take it down.
Punk Rave's. Sizing. Is. Awful. I bought a 3XL (through a third party store) of the Synapse shorts, not realising the hip measurement was roughly equivalent to an AUS SIZE 14. THAT. IS. CRAZY. I'm usually a 16-18 for bottoms, and I've never gone above a 2XL. They also have "garment size" and "body size", which is very confusing... Maybe that works for stretchier fabrics but the waist of these shorts has NO give. They didn't even make it past my butt. But I fit in the 3XL "body size"... So confusing.

Due to an error during a system update one of the items I purchased showed up as free on my receipt. Emanuele from the Punk Rave team reached out to me directly and let me know that despite the error I would still be receiving both items on my order and that is honestly just about the coolest thing that could have possibly happened. I love shopping with Punk Rave and I can’t often afford it so I’ve only collected a few of your items so far and every time has been a great experience but this blows all the rest out of the water. Thank you so much again for your assistance, I always recommend Punk Rave to my friends and this is just really stellar customer service. I really can’t thank you enough, you totally made my day 🦇👻🫶
