A lack of correspondence regarding our order. It was out of stock but at no point was this communicated. When we questioned the whereabouts of the order after 14 days or more we were informed that they had no stock remaining but it was due to be delivered in one or two days. After another phone call to chase we were informed that the stock hadn’t materialised as anticipated. We were then told that an alternative cheaper product would be sent. That took several days to arrive. Still awaiting the refund on the difference and the agreed refund on the p &p which at £7.95 is steep especially when it takes a month!

Prompt delivery, great products

Like other reviewers I hadn’t received any confirmation of dispatch over a week after placing the order. However, all it took was, was a polite phone call and it arrived the next day. Seems to be a bit of an issue in communication between ordering and the packing/dispatch department but did sort it after a simple phone call.

Have ordered several times in the past and it’s been hit and miss but recent order took over 2 weeks and I had no replies to many emails.
When I finally got through on phone I was told it can take 7 days to reply to an email!- what century are they living in!!
Goods finally arrived but items missing and now once again getting no replies. At least send the missing items or offer a full refund including delivery charges!!

Delivery charges are excessive and customer service is non existent.

Certainly would not recommend again.

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered 3 products from them, thankfully the product i didn't receive was the cheapest of the 3. I have phoned numerous times to get a replacement for an item I did not receive and on each occasion they said they'd send a replacement. Each time I don't receive one or get a confirmation email. When I have emailed them there's been no response and same with their help bot. Its such a shame I was going to order a few more bits, but no chance now.

Been ordering our weed control products for the last 10 years from these guys and they are the best around for knowledge , price and delivery is really quick. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my products , great company

The company dealt with my order very quickly and the items were delivered within three days. Very happy with the price paid and the selection of other items available on the Progreen website. Would strongly recommend.

Shocking. I’m writing this because after 5 weeks of receiving nothing and complaining on multiple occasions, they have the bright idea of asking me to review them!
Ordered weed killer, spray backpack etc and waited 2 weeks and nothing arrived. They claimed it was because one of the items had been discontinued. They would send it out forthwith with revised products. Another week and nothing. They blamed the courier this time. Still waiting for the next delivery which they say will be next Tuesday. I live in hope!!

I ordered some eco plugs online which I needed to complete a job .it said 3 days delivery. It took 8 days before they even dispatched them

Soil sample results took 6 weeks and 7 phone calls chasing them, being sent round the houses to get answers.
Placed a large order of recommended products, paid extra for next day delivery.
No confirmation, no courior contact, called two days later to be told the pallet was still in the depot and the best they could do would take another two days.
No apologies, terrible customer service.
Arranged my own courior at double the price for next day delivery so that i can get the products on the ground with the hired tractor.
Most compensation offered was a refund of the delivery charge that I paid on purchase.
Shocking service, won’t be using them again.
One month later and still no refund of next day delivery costs, still not received an invoice, confirmation email for my order or any communication from customer services.

Order not received after 2 weeks. Fairly larger order at about £160. DPD tracker says DPD have not received the parcel. Don’t really know what to do, have never had these problems with them before.

Having used the company before I know the product to be good unfortunately though this time part of my order was missing. I did try to contact to ask for a replacement to be sent but with no reply.

Unfortunately this time I can't give a positive review as one of the Item is missing and I have not received a reply from an email I sent on the 20 of February.

I have been ordering from progreen for more than 4 years.
