Delivery with APC Overnight was a shambles and despite 1 attempt and leaving without dropping off the fertiliser as they hadn't read the delivery information and 2 further promises nothing has ever appeared. Their chosen courier is on par with Evri for being useless. Agrigem's customer services were in regular contact with me but totally pointless as the courier just did what suited them. To make things worse originally tried click and collect and that didn't work either so I won't be using Agrigem again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I fully appreciate your frustration regarding the delivery experience and would like to apologise on behalf of APC.
I can see that our Customer Experience team made every effort to arrange delivery as promptly as possible; however, on this occasion, they were unfortunately unable to do so. Please be assured that this matter has been escalated to the APC General Manager for a full investigation, as the level of service provided does not meet the standards we expect from our delivery partners.
With regard to Click & Collect orders, availability via our website is limited to customers within a specific radius of the store. If you are outside this area, the option will not appear online; however, our sales team are always happy to assist and can arrange this for you over the phone should you chose to use us again in future.

DX delivery failed twice despite payment for Express delivery and calling Agrigem. Still not received after 10 days!

Hello Mrs Garvey,
We apologise for the issues you experienced with your delivery. Our records show that the courier attempted delivery on two occasions at the address provided; however, due to the nature of our products, a signature is required upon receipt. Unfortunately, if a signature cannot be obtained, the courier is unable to complete the delivery.
A replacement order was subsequently dispatched and successfully delivered on 8 April.

What makes a company stand out from others is how they deal with things that may have gone awry. My delivery of various bagged fertilisers had been damaged and a few had spilt loosing most of their contents (almost certainly damaged by the delivery company) Agrigem were brilliant and sent out replacements next day. Highly recommended company.

Amazing company and great customer service. Ordered a soil analysis elsewhere and their service was not good.
