Had the product I needed at a good price, and arrived next-day exactly as it said it would. Perfect.

This company Greencare is a sister company of lancashire crop consultancy ltd. Do not order from this sister company known as Greencare as the products will be delivered down the street and the response to this from Greencare is tough, go and fetch it. Terrible service will never use them again. I am presently trying to claw my money back via my bank for non-delivery which wasn’t even attempted at all as evident by my entire family being in all day awaiting delivery and the CCTV footage confirming no attempt made to deliver.

Went with Green Care due to them offering free next day delivery in the price.

I ordered mid afternoon of the Tue 7th, so that it would come Thu 9th.

On Wed 8th i got an email you saying it was 'despatched and on its way'. On Thu 9th I got an email from DHL saying they'd deliver Fri 10th, not Thursday. On Fri 10th got another DHL email said it would be delivered that day.

End of the day got another email saying they were "unable to access the address" - this was to DHL's own service point – it's a local store open 24 hours 7 days a week, so was open.

It finally arrived late Monday.

Longest 24 hour delivery ever.

Be warned if you're buying to get it quickly.

Order arrived a day earlier than expected.

Ordered some lawn fertiliser from these guys on a Monday. Got an email that it'll be delivered on Wednesday. Then got a notification that it had been delivered on Tuesday and signed by me. I wasn't even home! And the parcel isn't here. Tracking says it was left in the middle of the path outside my house. No pictures. No signatures. No idea where it is.

I have used Green Care for my garden lawn products a few times now and delivery and service has been spot on everytime.

Over the summer heatwave I had a issue with the seed I purchased and the grass died back even after watering every few days. Spoke to customer service and gave good sound advise. Also for good will they supplied more seed to overseed my lawn to thicken back up.

They have been great and very friendly and have no issues is buying from them for there products.

Avoid this company. I've been waiting for a order for a week every day i get a email from the courier saying it's out for delivery but nothing appears. Emailed the company and courier zero customer care. Glad I paid with PayPal.

Placed an order 6 weeks ago. Was advised that there was an issue and they gave me the option to wait for new stock. I was happy to wait a week or so and advised this. 5 weeks on and still no delivery - I've emailed several times with not a single response. Try to call but it just rings through. The order was a lot of money to me and I'm concerned I might not get my money back and still need the product.

The next day delivery is a joke. They claim they delivered my purchase to DHL the next day (28th May) and still no delivery today (1st June). I called them and they claimed DHL will deliver today but still nothing. They claimed the next working day delivery is for them to deliver to DHL.

Used for first time and extremely pleased with my experience.
I am alway cautious about ordering from new and unknown companies but decided to ‘risk’ it following some investigations as pricing was good!
Ordered product on Sunday night and was delivered Tuesday lunchtime … and without needing to pay extra for premium shipping!
Good communication, good price and fast delivery what more could you want.
Have bookmarked for future use.

Placed order on a Sunday we free next day delivery.
Now it is Friday next week still no hearing.
Got tracking number on Tuesday - shows stuck at sorting depo. Tried to call the company on the number from the web page - I got a message that the num
ber is not recognised (tried 3 times). Deeply worrying.
Update - next day I was called by the owner in reponse to my email. The call came from the number quoted on the website - so I do not know why I had no luck the day earlier calling it.
The owner appologised and offered to ship with 24h delivery or refund. As I have already ordered a replacement elsewhere as I was in a hurry, I got the refund that was processed instantly.
Seems like mixup with shipping, but very prompt customer service once the issue was raised via email.
