Do not use this company
Do not use this company, they are awful on so many levels!!! And when you need to chase something up or complain (because 100% you absolutely will need to complain), they will not reply or make contact at all. Black hole. Just don't use them

Our sincere apologies for your experience with Progreen, having taken a look at this for you - I can see that your order was for a 600KG bag of 20-10-10. We had unfortunately encountered huge delays in the production of this fertilizer this year and we had anticipated that stating this delay via the product listing online & over the phone, would manage customer expectations.

Strong stuff... hopefully
Delivery was great, and packaging was effective. Sadly, when I read the advice on the label I was confused by the 'read instructions'. There were no instructions in the package. No knowing whether the product had to be deleted or by how much, I proceeded to use the material straight from the original container. This seemed too concentrated. I wondered if there were more instruction somewhere. I tried to remove the label just in case important advice was on the back of the label. Surprise, surprise there it was hidden. So the next container I used diluted. I think it would be great if in future customers were told where to find essential instructions.

Still owe me hundreds of ££s. Fraudulent company
After months of emails and phone calls I am owed hundreds of ££s from Progreen. Despite agreeing to on many emails, they have never sent me missing items, refunds and replacements for the multitude of issues I have experienced this spring. I am now it the process of having to claim this money back via chargeback via my bank. No idea how this company has any business at all..

Still no response from ProGreen ....Avoid
Still no response from ProGreen , will never use again, delivery was late, parcel and bag of seed damaged and handed to me with seed falling out the box by delivery driver, email sent to them and they said they would be in touch if they hear any more...!!

I ordered 3 x 5kg of lawn seed as pro…
I ordered 3 x 5kg of lawn seed as pro green had it in stock, took 5 days for delivery and when delivered the box was ripped open and 1 seed bag damaged and alot of seed in the box and lost. Must have happened on delivery the way parcels are thrown about.

Web site inaccurate regarding stock
Placed an order for next day delivery. Took time off to receive the order and carry out lawn maintenance.
Product did not arrive and no communication.
Telephoned the company after 5 days. The product is not in stock and won't be for another 5 days.
Next day delivery was never acheivable.

Diabolical
Diabolical. No human contact whatsoever. Constantly don't even get acknowledgement of emails. Nothing but a chatbot which finally tells you to ring. 15 minutes at no 2 in the queue (where I started) so gave up. Tried again 5 minutes later - now no 3, tried again 5 mins later - now no 4. Cancelled the order 3 days ago by email. Confirmed by phone as soon as their office opened. Now told order will be delivered today. Unable to make any contact whatsoever to tell them to cancel the delivery. If I don't accept delivery the courier will leave it at the nearest pick up point. Absolutely appalling.

Kurtail Evo Bundle
This product has been the only thing to keep horsemares tail under control. Ordered late on a Thursday night and arrived early on Saturday morning without any issues. This is my second purchase of the product and I will continue to order in the future. The product seems expensive but it lasts a long time so works out cheap and very effective in the long run.

It appears the tracking information hasn’t been shared with you and therefore you hadn’t received an update from the courier. As the parcel hasn’t been successfully delivered directly to you, the courier is returning this back to us. A team member has raised a replacement order to be dispatched tomorrow (13th May) and on a next day delivery that should arrive before 2pm. One of the team will call you with any further issues if they arise.
