We really are blown away by the level of service Pro.com offers. Thank you so very much for making my job easier, getting maintenance issues fixed in a timely manner for the properties that we manage.

I'm hooked on this service. Handymen have been excellent -- knowledgeable, efficient, nice and have done good work, including solving problems.

Charged me for more time than the job actually took, the work was poorly done, he left with the supplies we bought, and he was late showing up! I give them zero stars.

Helpful to get someone to remove two satellite dishes. Great communication throughout the process. Reasonable price.

The pro that came to my house was very knowledgeable. I would suggest that if you have a small job, save them up so it would be cost effective . I would definitely use them again.

I had a 2 inch by 8 inch hole in basement ceiling drywall. They sent a nice young man who put an 8 inch by 8 inch patch over the hole. He put almost a whole plastic container of putty over the patch and couldn't get it to blend in. After about an hour and 1/2 He called the company and asked if he could just do drywall instead of patch. He went to home depot and purchased some drywall and then came and finished the job. The problem is now I have a 2 ft by 2 ft patch that doesn't blend in either. The extra putty is so thick on the edges it will take me many hours to blend it in. I could have done the job myself with a much smaller patch and with less putty. They initially wanted to charge me for the extra time, but reduce price to original 2 hours - so that made me happy. The young man did his best, but it just looks terrible - I'm not sure he had ever done drywall repair before. I did think he was a very nice person though.

I don't think it's right that your survey is not very good if you don't give five stars.

Initially it was suppose to be a 2 hour project. I became a 5 hour project. There might be some unknown to the project but it seems to me that all the unexpected became my cost.

We had good experiences the two times we used them. The workmen were courteous, respectful and helpful. The office went our of their way to accommodate a problem we had with scheduling.

My handyman arrived on time, was able to do what we asked (including a very complex medicine cabinet repair) and was done early. I highly recommend this service. I will be using them in the future.

Prompt, thorough, and inexpensive. Would definitely use Pro.com service again.

I had a very positive experience with Pro.com. Their personnel is very experienced and friendly and cooperative. The one who worked with us , a gentleman named Mike B, was exceptional. The price was very reasonable and, they offered an estimate range (max to min). They followed up withreview of the work progress. They even granted all by themselves a promotional discount effective in the period the work was done.

Handyman was very amiable, but didn't have the equipment for the job. I had to rent tool from Home Depot.

Your representative Evan, was outstanding. He finished installing our new mail box in a short time and went on to do two other jobs to fill up the two hour minimum for which we hired him. We discussed his putting in a railing for our front steps and will set up a time for this shortly.

David called when he was running late and arrived at the time promised. It took two of us to get the tv bracket installed due to its weight and location, but a little "sweat equity" was no big deal.

He was friendly and the work was done correctly and quickly.

Will use Pro.com again for a few other projects I have around the house.

My husband and I encountered health problems which necessitated us moving from Seattle to Bremerton to be near our son for family assistance. This move was done quickly. I discovered Pro.com Handyman on the Internet, didn't know anything about them, and took a chance that they would be honest and fair in getting our condo ready for selling. All my contacts were by telephone and I was pleased to find they went out of their way to make this situation less stressful for me. Will and Natasha coordinated the work and Evan did a superb job of painting and fixing trouble spots within the condo. In my opinion, they deserve the 5 star rating I gave them.

I think the title covers it. I bought a Groupon for Pro.com and just wanted a couple ceiling fans replaced. 8 hours and 2 guys later, my baby's nursery smells like an ashtray and the light turns on with the 'fan" button and vice versa - except for when the light randomly flickers on.

Great communications with phone, text, and follow up . The work was solid and I would trust this group again for projects.
