The customer service dose not know how to deal with orders .

Product is good, and delivery was 4 days after I ordered it, but.... I never got an email telling me when it was coming! Great that it came fast, and driver was GREAT, luckily we were home to receive it, especially since we are remote in the mountains.

The fire pit I purchased was absolutely beautiful and exactly as described. The customer service team was fantastic—friendly, helpful, and quick to answer all my questions. The product also arrived much sooner than expected. Overall, an excellent experience.

The new grill came damaged to begin with and that's the only reason it's 4 stars and not 5, but the customer service was very helpful and willing to replace it and reimburse me for the trouble.

Order placed 7-8-25, after 2 weeks with no email, tracking number or email with an update informing me that my item was on back order but I was not told this until I called 3 times and finally got a call back. I was told that it would another 3 weeks (8-21-25) before they would have it to ship. Today is 8-23-25 and again I have not been updated IF or WHEN I might receive my order. Customer service is very lacking and communication almost nonexistent. Luke Oliver

Had problem with high speed for heater exchanger. Tried numerous times to contact someone. Finally did and never received a call back with answer

easy to get information on website, and showing in stock along with delivery was as shown. Great Product and the flame is really nice along with the finish, It's more of a deep charcoal or matte soft black but the size is just perfect for a sofa and 2 chairs! We love it and wind guard really works!

While we like the quality of the actual firepit, the accessories that come in the bundle pack are not worth the extra money as they are poor quality or do not fit the actual firepit. The customer service has been good to help me resolve the issue, but in the end, i had to return part of my purchase as they could not find a part that would work with my firepit. A bit disappointed to be honest.

I have 1 stars because shipping is expensive and sooo slow. I had to cancel and reschedule 2x my appointment with plumber because part had not arrived ! Product arrive and had to use a vise to loosen to make valve work!
