They wait till after you bring the dumpster back in and they change the price on you and basically force you to pay it and after doing a little of my own research I find out that they are very expensive in comparison to what the dumpsters in the local area are going for

While we do charge the lowest price in the area, we are obligated to charge overages and daily use fees if your dumpster rental is overweight or over daily use limits of 7 days. As per your agreement with us, you are given the terms and accept them at the time of your rental. We do not get the weight of your dumpster until it is taken to a transfer station and weighed by the operators there. We receive a weight ticket letting us know how many tons over the limit your service is. We will be happy to provide it to you if that would help to assure you that we are not overcharging you in any way. We appreciate the opportunity to discuss this with you.

Knight is the best company for dumpster rental around!
The people on the phone were helpful and knowledgeable. The 20 yard dumpster we got for cleaning out my father's house was delivered and picked up when promised and was the best deal around as far as cost. Would use again if needed.

My experience was horrible
My experience was horrible. initially they sounded very professional and courteous. That's what drew me in. 1) They did not recommend the correct size container. l explained what size was needed, the container they sent was to small. They agreed to send out another container, of course their is a delivery charge and the other container would cost more money. 2) They told me the container would be delivered within two days, lt was a week before the container arrived. This was after a daily reassurance the container was on its way. Waiting for the container, l had a CREW of five men sitting around everyday until eventually they were sent home everyday the container was not there. Result - cost a lot more money. 3) After the container was loaded, it sat in the driveway for another 4 days after giving notice and being told the container would be pick up the next day after proper notification. Sitting in the driveway restricted the men's ability to work. Result - cost a lot more money.
l would NEVER RECOMMEND Knight Transfer Service under any circumstances.

Since you were not available and you didn't return our email, we want to address publically that your complaints do not align with the delivery date that we promised you at the time of your order. We do the best we can to recommend the correct size based on the information that our customers provide for us. We understand that in very isolated cases we do not send the correct size because of the information we were given over the phone. We pride our self on delivery the same day, when possible, and pickup within 24 hours if needed. This is the experience that the majority of our customers enjoy. Stan, while we were not able to communicate this with you we would like you to know that we appreciate the interaction and the opportunity to hear both sides of the service call.
