I made customised cards (kind of like playing cards) for an activity in a training program.

PROS:
1. The website was more or less intuitive (for my order)
2. Response to issues is rapid (I changed an order after paying)
3. The quality was excellent

CONS:
1. I reviewed the site for a company printing in Canada, and then the product came from China. That being said, I only wanted a quick turnaround on the order, and it was good.
2. I created a design on their Canada site and could not migrate it to their USA site. The sites are exactly the same, you change sites by scrolling down and selecting another country. Then your designs disappear and need to be remade from scratch. Their customer support informed me that they could not migrate the design for me. I think a better system would be that you create the designs in your space and place the orders in any country you like. Whey waste time recreating.
That said, overall experience was positive and customer service is fast and professional (even if I didn't like their answer)

Jeu de carte reçu en temps et en heure, en France (même si le prix de la livraison et les délais sont un peu élevés) ! Bien imprimé, pas de problème de découpe. La qualité des cartes est fidèle à ce dont je m'attendais. Vraiment cool pour personnaliser un petit jeu de carte.

Lost order, asked us to wait a week to find it and then had us pay again to ship it a second time. I will not be back.

I love my magnets that I made. I sent them my files and they were really good about communicating with me on how I wanted my magnets to appear and prewarn me of risk that parts could be cropped out but all in all, I love how my fridge magnets turned out! I will definitely be buying additional magnets from them and hope it continues to be as good as my first experience.

Placed an order for printing custom games cards total just under £30 which included £9.85 delivery.

Turnaround time: (19-22 business days) it's now 34 days since that order.

I've sent two emails had no replies. Opened a paypal case auto decided in my favour. Avoid this company won't use them again.

J’ai commandé un jeu de cartes personnalisé (50 €) chez PrinterStudio, avec l’intention de le commercialiser. À la réception, plus de 40 cartes présentaient de graves défauts d’impression : bandes blanches irrégulières, découpes mal alignées, et rendu global inutilisable.

Malgré des fichiers conformes et un visuel parfaitement préparé, l’entreprise a refusé de reconnaître un problème de fabrication. Leur réponse : mettre en cause mon design, alors que les défauts n’affectent qu’une partie des cartes (preuve que le problème vient bien de l’impression). Ils invoquent une « tolérance industrielle » de 3 mm, mais cette tolérance ne devrait pas produire de bandes blanches aléatoires sur un produit censé être professionnel.

Points marquants de mon expérience :

Qualité d’impression non conforme : bandes blanches, bords irréguliers, défauts visibles à l’œil nu.

Mauvaise foi dans le service client : refus d’assumer le défaut malgré preuves photographiques.

Absence de solution commerciale : ni réimpression correcte, ni remboursement.

En résumé : produit inutilisable, perte financière et temps perdu. Mon expérience démontre un manque de fiabilité, tant dans la production que dans le service après-vente. Je déconseille fortement cette entreprise à toute personne cherchant un résultat professionnel et un service client digne de ce nom. Avoid at all costs!

Customer service denies responsibility, blaming the client despite clear photographic proof.
No reprint, no refund.
End result: unsellable product, money wasted.

Mandé hacer unas postales flip flop y llegaron con más de 1 mes de retraso completamente dobladas y pixeladas, cuando previamente las había impreso y se veían perfectas de calidad. Recomiendo no trabajar con ellos, impresentables

I didn't received my order but of course they charged the money. I don't know what happened but that's not what I was expecting. People please don't make the same mistake I was doing!!

ma demande était en plastifiée et recue en carte ordinaire !!!

très décu, et en plus on ouvre un ticket de contestation et aucune réponse !!!

Slow service - typical of French services.
The same service in the US would take 1/3 of the time. Amazon could do much better, except that the French hate competition.
Note that all products from PrinterStudio are made in China and require 10-15 business days to arrive to your destination via China Post.

Ich kann nur für Bestellungen von Spielkarten, individualisiert und in Plastik, statt Papier sprechen. Habe über mehrere Jahre jetzt schon viele Bestellungen platziert und bin mir der Lieferzeiten aus Hongkong bewusst. Ich habe es dann nicht eilig. Aber ab und zu per Express bestellt. Das geht dann auch schneller. Die Karten sehen stets sehr gut aus. Sind in der Regel Ersatz für Papierkarten aus Spielen, die in Plastik dann natürlich wesentlich länger halten. Auch der Konfigurator funktioniert wie benötigt. Man muss natürlich bei der eigenen Erstellung alles passend vorbereiten. Dafür gibt es auch Samples auf der Webseite in verschiedenen Dateiformaten. Wenn man sich auf den langen Versand inkl. Produktion einstellt, bekommt man hier sehr tolle Spielkarten zu gutem Preis. Ich habe einmal den Service benötigt, da war ein Schreibfehler in einer Karte. Man hat die Datei dann auch nach der Bestellung noch angepasst und es wurde korrekt produziert und geliefert. Der Service-Kontakt war schnell und hilfreich. Danke!

Easy to use service.
Good quality cards.

But buyers beware! Cuts can be inconsistent. Some card may be cut more to the left/right/top/bottom than others. Not something minor but very noticeable. For me it really hurt the aesthetics of my game.

If you reach out to their customer service they will say the deviation is within the "industry standard".
Well sorry, But I've never seen such horribly cut cards in the professional industry.

So if you don't mind inconsistent and bad cuts, they're a good option for you.
They lost me as a customer personally.

I've ordered 7 or 8 times from this company, always proxy cards for a TCG. Each time the delivery has arrived within 10 days despite a far longer projected timescale, and the quality is always great.
I'll keep using this company for as long as I need to print great proxies.

Achtung. Trotz Expressversand extrem lange Wartezeit. Der Kunde wird damit abgespeist indem man sagt das Verzögerungen immer vorkommen können.

Ich werde rechtliche Schritte einleiten, da ich das so nicht akzeptiere.

I like the company, I order from them often and the goods are good. But if you have a problem and want to contact them you can only do so via a ticket system and these are not read.

Étant un créateur amateur de jeux de cartes, j’ai toujours commander l’impression de mes jeux chez eux car c’est les seuls qui proposent l’impression et la vente à l’unité.
8ème paquet de cartes et jamais été déçu. Un service clientèle au top, ils ont eu un soucis de cadrage avec l’impression d’un de mes jeux, et au lieu de faire les ignorants et de me livrer le paquet comme cela, ils m’ont directement contacter pour que je puisse modifier le cadrage et validé mon choix.

Bref au top. Le prix est chère mais pour de la vente à l’unité, difficile de faire mieux.

La qualité est au rendez-vous.

I had some lenticular cards made by them. Seemingly they never arrived so I contacted them about it, they gave me the tracking number and it turns out the delivery guy put it in the bin, left no note and just snapped a picture of my letter, there in the bin, something he could have put through my letterbox. No idea why.

Anyway I filed a claim with the delivery company and they took it from there and sent me a new one. They were very kind and professional about it, responded quickly.

The cards look really good as well, came with envelopes and nicely backed with card for protection.

printerstudio, c'est parfait tout simplement ! j'ai créé un jeu de tarot personnalisé. le site est parfait et il enregistre mon travail. je l'ai bien reçu et il est au top ! il ajouteront sûrement l'envoi en point relais la prochaine fois. je recommande. bravo à toute l'équipe !!!!

Impression de 306 cartes de jeu personnalisé (The Witcher 3) en format bridge sur la version .fr du site. La qualité des cartes est bonne, pas d'erreur et deux semaines entre la commande et la réception. Une étoile en moins car le prix est un poil excessif, les frais de ports élevés parce-que expédié depuis la Chine n'aident pas.

Je suis assez étonné des avis car je suis très satisfait du rendu de mon jeu de carte personnalisé. J'ai imprimé un jeu format tarot pour un projet scolaire (42 cartes + la boîte) et je suis passé par eux après de longues hésitations. Après réception je suis très agréablement surpri, la finition lin premium est incroyable (j'avais commandé le même produit chez un imprimeur local qui était plus cher et moins pro). L'arrondi des cartes est précis, le toucher est doux et la maniabilité parfaite. J'ai eu un très bon contact par mail avec le support technique qui a eu de bons conseils et a su m'aider à concevoir le patron de la boîte qui était un peu compliqué. Le seul point à améliorer resterait peut être la livraison qui a été assez longue (expédié depuis les US) et surtout incertaine (normalement une quinzaine de jours ouvrés mais qui peut doubler sans raison spécifique). J'ai reçu mon produit dans les temps mais prenez-vous y bien à l'avance. J'ignore la différence entre printerstudio.com et printerstudio.fr mais de mon côté j'ai commandé chez la version française et j'en suis ravis, peut être que la version anglaise est moins performante...
