Paid 60$ for expedited delivery which is more expensive than the cards i ordered. I messaged them to confirm that the delivery is still happening since the order has not shipped and they said it would deliver a week later.

Will change my review if they expedite my shipment and make sure it arrives for the correct date.

Genuinely so thrilled about the cards I got that I searched for a website/place to share a positive review. I did:
- Bridge Size Playing Cards - Rectangular Back Playing Cards, 2.25"×3.5" (57×89mm) (54 cards).
- Card stock: (M28) BGM Linen
- Card finishing: BETA playing card finish
- Packaging: Custom tin box

They came out soooo perfectly and look like actual cards with a perfect material/finish. The tin box is so cute and the pictures all came out HD. It took a while to ship, so if you want to get them for a birthday/event, definitely place your order sooner rather than later! I had 2 stress dreams about these before they arrived (lol) and they came out better than I would've imagined. Def recommend and will use again!

Attention si vous pivotez une carte (carte portait tourné pour un format paysage par exemple) au sens d'impression entre le recto/verso (vérifier les bords).

Though the delivery times are long as the prints come from China and the customer service reps are annoying to deal with the quality of the cards and value are pretty good. I guess the main thing is for any potential customer is, are you happy ordering from China and taking business away from UK, European or US companies? High quality cards but with the caveat of long delivery times. Customer service agents don't always view the previous correspondence.

I’m absolutely delighted with my order from MakePlayingCards.com. The quality of the cards is beautiful and the finished deck turned out even better than I had hoped.

The whole process of creating the deck was very smooth. The tools and guidance provided while designing the cards were extremely helpful, and the team was incredibly supportive. I especially appreciated the help I received when I had some issues with my original box design — they assisted me in fixing it and made sure everything was correct before printing.

I was also really impressed with how efficient the service was and how quickly my order was shipped.

I used MPCs to print prototypes of my original game - 95 cards per deck, full colour, custom tuck box, 3 copies. First, they were the only company I could find would print in these quantities. Secondly they were really good at every step of the process. Their online tool was really easy to use for uploading the artwork, and they checked in with me around the design for the packaging to make sure I was happy with a few issues they had spotted around where I had misaligned logos and things like that. Overall I found it really great service and I would use them for this kind of thing again.

They tried to scam me.

Payment was calculated in $ and it was roughly 240$,
then on the last step they switched it to 240€ without any reason. which is mind you some 40$ more expensive.

ticket is no help, they do not respond nor do they care

Horrible, they havent answered me in weeks and they have my money which is pretty much theft.

They have delivered a package that was lost. When I asked for a solution they wanted me to pay again for a new order.
Do not buy from them!

I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews about MakePlayingCards. I was hesitant at first because of some of the feedback I read online, but I’m really glad I didn’t let that discourage me.

I’ve tried printing my cards with several different printers before, and WOW the quality here really stands out. The print resolution is excellent: crisp, sharp, and clean, with no visible pixelation or blurry details. The centering is spot on, something that has been an issue for me with other printers in the past. On top of that, the card stock and overall material quality feel premium and professional.

The shipping and delivery were smooth and faster than I expected, and everything arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. From start to finish, I genuinely have nothing to complain about, no issues, no compromises, just a great result.

For anyone on the fence because of negative reviews: my experience has been nothing but positive. I will definitely be ordering again and can confidently recommend MakePlayingCards.

I ordered my cards and they came exactly as I had designed them.
I bought the 2.5"×3.5" (55 Cards), Card Stock: (S31) Linen, MPC game card finish.
They did an awesome job printing these cards out. I am very happy with the quality of the product, the actual cards and the color / printing quality are very good.
The only negative would be the total price including tax and shipping, which was $32.00

I would not recommend this company. I shopped around carefully for a vendor for my cards. This site seems to be very qualified in printing all kinds of cards. I am familiar with packaging and followed the templates exactly. The artwork was rejected with a screenshot provided with little arrows that did not show the problem. There is no way to talk to someone in person or get an immediate response. 24 hour turnaround at best by email. The upload process is ok, but the website is clunky to use. I am upset because I purchased UPC codes elsewhere ($120 for 4), have been working on 4 game ideas for 6 months, and get this close and am unable to work with them having my project rejected without a full refund. I will have to start over if I can even find a vendor.

Very easy to upload design - ordered 108 cards on the 06/11/25 and the cards arrived today 17/11/25. Great tracking information. Cards came well packed and great quality Very happy 😊

The print quality is great, but you have to be extremely cautious with custom content. Even for proxy, playtest, personal use ONLY, you cannot use certain copyrighted material. My project of 2 months went to the trash cause they couldn't print it.

Easy to use website with lots of options and good explanation of which option would work best for your specific needs. I am very happy with the quality of the product, the actual cards and the colour / printing quality are very very good. After seeing some negative reviews I was a bit concerned about placing an order, but Im glad that I did. The service overall felt professional and well thought through. My order arrived within 12 working days from when I ordered, which is the time frame I was predicted by the company.

SCAM: Never received order and company stop replying. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THE TRACKING NUMBER WAS FLAGGED BY USPS

Ordered my cards on September 4th, now it's October 6th. Still haven't received my order and they have the audacity to put "Delivered" status on my order (luckily it wasn't a huge order, 38€). Don't use this website, obviously a scam.

Ho perso due giorni a configurare tutto il progetto tramite il loro sito ed a caricare tutte le immagini.
Arrivo al momento del pagamento, 280$, aggiungo i dati di spedizione e vedo che son 60$ di spedizione (che già mi sembrano folli) ma ancora peggio, al momento della conferma il prezzo da 340$ diventa 340€ !!! Cambio 1:1 quando attualmente 340€ sono circa 285$.
E niente, supporto inutile, segnalato e mi confermano che sia corretto così...

Really disappointed with the quality of these cards. After one round of Euchre the images are scratched, corners are folding, and the cards and picking up lots of debris. These cards are decorative, not functional.

I ordered a custom deck of cards from MakeMyPlayingCards.com
in May 2025, spending nearly $50 on the product and shipping. According to the delivery service, SpeedX, the package was “delivered,” but I never received it.

I reached out to both companies multiple times with proof of payment and tracking information, but neither has provided a resolution, refund, or replacement.

Consumers deserve transparency and accountability. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend these companies.
