Made a couple of orders that were time sensitive so i made them over a month in advance.

they are still processing the order and i needed them for this last weekend so now they are useless.

The other order has never gotten to me because they screwed up the address and now they are lost.

No telephone to talk to someone
No refund on their mistakes

beware and stay away!!!

ZERO customer service and NOT a quality product. I created a deck and while the process was pretty easy, the finished product is crap. The edges of the cards started getting bent and dog-eared after the first couple of uses! I tried contacting the company and never heard back from them. I would not recommend this company and I will find someone else to produce my card deck.

I think these guys might be a scam. Emailed them with a very simple enquiry about some inconsistencies in their service and the responses I got were absolutely baffling. Looking at some of the other reviews on here I will definitely be ordering my decks elsewhere.

I'm glad I didn't come read any of the negative reviews before I ordered from them because my experience has been nothing but positive. I was able to see a clear proof of my order, asked customer service questions that were promptly answered, and my orders (I've done two now) both arrived early and looked great. Colors are spot-on, card quality is high. I will definitely order from them again.

I bought the 2.48"×3.46" (63×88mm) (90 Cards)Card Stock: (S33) Superior Smooth pack. Was interested in testing out a new commander deck for magic the gathering and didn't want to spend too much. Absolutely cannot complain about how they turned out, the cards felt very very close to the real thing, it was hard to tell from the look and feel that they weren't official cards, I placed my order May 30th with the slowest shipping option, It was completed and shipped by June 9th and Arrived by June 12th (estimated delivery was June 12th - 18th so it arrived at the earliest estimated date)(shipped to Southern California).

I see a lot of negative reviews over people doing very large scale orders for thousands or tens of thousands of cards, and maybe the site does have issues with those massive bulk orders, no idea about that, but if you want some proxy's for magic the gathering or whatever game your playing, just a few decks or something like that, these guys are legit and you get good quality for the price. Other Proxy site's I've seen charge significantly more.

I will say even the cheapest shipping option was pretty expensive ~($12) so if you want to do what I did, maybe get a group of friends to all pick out a deck or just get a few for yourself at once, but even with that shipping price included, my order was less than half the cost it would have been on a site my friend showed me that was marketed specifically towards MTG Proxy's.

This is not the fastest company, but considering that they print the product themselves first, it was not bad... a month, and their communication updates were very good. The product I received is beautiful, good quality. I will definitely buy from them again.

Not a great experience thus far. I ordered 1 (one) deck on my initial order - a test run. It was good. Product was good but very odorous (chemicals). So then I ordered 50 more decks. Then the problems began. First I received an email requesting my SSN. Naturally, I ignored it. Then a week later, I received a threatening email basically stating that if I don't provide SSN then their just going to sit on it. Wow! It wasn't a requirement on my first order. I've basically just wasted a bunch of time and money with these people.

I’m surprised how many negative reviews there acc are because mine arrived way before the expected date (I’m in the UK) and they came literally perfect. The only thing I would change is the process of making the cards as I did 150 custom cards against humanity for my friendship group and the making of them was slightly tedious so I messed up the position of the text on a couple of them. Still worthy of the 5stars tho imo

I'm very very happy with my custom order.

I ordered 2 round cards games with my designs. It arrived faster than expected (I ordered at the end of November), and the printing job is flawless !!

I definitely recommend, and planning to design more with them.

I ordered my cards and they came exactly as I had designed them, and also earlier than the expected delivery period! I'm really pleased with them. The other negative reviews did make me worry initially, but my own experience with this company has been really good.

I refuse to use this company anymore. If you use their marketplace to sell your product, they will not pay you unless YOUR profits exceed $100 (but will happily take the money they made off your IP on those sales). Yup! THEY SOLD YOUR PRODUCT AND PAID YOU NOTHING. Their excuse is:
"It’s company policy and very common practice and strategy to promote user activity. It’s not practical to pay on demand for a company on a case by case basis as it increases work, cost and confusion."

Have ordered for the third time in 2 years and my experience so far has been very good. Fast production, fast delivery, good support. Keep it up.

I paid for the cards. I got custom art for them. Went through all the work of building the custom deck. Ordered a bunch of them and they are just stuck in texas. The Shipping company that has them says that the tracking number is for USPS. USPS says they haven't got them from from the shipping company. Now no matter what they will not be here on time. Well past 2 weeks after the latest Make Playing Cards said they would arrive. So ya I am just out all the money I spent on these cards. If I lit the money on fire I would have at least been able to warm my hands.

Perfect, they did an awesome job printing these cards out, they even let me know that I may have some issues with printing as I originally didn't use their Card Designer through Photoshop. After allowing me to fix mistakes, they printed them off and received them really quick. Super happy!

A five year old could make better cards than these. It is quite obvious the owner only cares about making money and not the customers.

Paid for faster shipping. Got it later than if I wouldn't have paid for faster delivery and they didn't care about it. Took the money and told him it's my problem...

Still waiting for my order after two month and a half..

I mean, I wish there was a minus five rank option here. Here's why:

- it feels like the website hasn't been updated for DECADES. Super old, super slow, super frustrating technogy, super bad UX. Everything gets stuck, my uploaded images aren't automatically saved (but take minutes for each image to upload), just to name a few.
- shipping is super duper expensive. 70$ for a lightweight box? WTH
- Support are trying to help but take a lot of time to get back to me. They promised it'll arrive by July 7th, well, it hasn't arrived yet..

I would have gladly paid 30%-50% more to their competitors if I knew it'll consume so much time and energy for me to complete my (still not arrived) cards game.

They misprinted over 40 cards from 3 decks. Their online system took my files and shuffled them, then it made a batch of messed up cards. When I showed them that my online files, on their server did not match the cards they printed, they kept obfuscating. Saying the cards as were printed as uploaded. When I sent photos, showing them this was NOT true, they sent photos back of the WRONG cards again (not mine) saying these are cards we printed. Exactly--- and they are printed WRONG!!! After going in circles with them, I went to my credit card company and got my money back.
